The Room and ac very comfortable....if you want a very good bed this hotel have it. Personal very nice and profesional.

Nose kept me awake so that I checked out at 3 am because I couldn't sleep due to noises sounding like grinding or sawing noises all night long.

The video check in is ridiculous. Just have a person work the desk.

Front seat was not helpful or kind. Was over charged for stay and would not help accommodate.

It was a great experience, I thought it was going to be just ok because of the price, but it was a lot better than I expected, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was ok, no very much to choose from, but it was fine and abundant. But the reason I am giving five stars is because of the cleanliness , the room was spotless!!! I am very picky about that, I don’t touch anything before I clean it myself, and the wipes I used came out clean, which usually doesn’t happen in other hotels. Even the bathroom floor, I spilled some water by accident and cleaned with a paper towel an it was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, when I have to come back again due to my work, I will go there for sure!!!!

Good for price

I was delighted with my stay. I was not interrupted during my rest, and there was excellent professionalism. I stayed there last night and checked out this morning. I received a notice from my card provider that Microtel already processed a refund for the held amount, and it includes a 3-5 day range of when I can expect see it as a credit in my account.

I have got to read the description much better. For a hotel not to have a microwave and not a refrigerator is a double no no for me.

No coffee unit in my single bedroom. My cost was more 20% while others with 2 beds and kitchen were cost less. They have a coffee maker. Rooms and bed are real clean! Front desk are very good.

AC weak and noisy, single bed No coffee unit in my room. Other rooms with kitchen & coffee. Cost 1/3 less with two queens. Needed some age improvement's.The AC would be ok if it started early on a hot humid day, not good for a bed.

I guess the Micro refers to the room size, vey small. Self check in was a bit weird. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. For one night is was fine

We had ants in our room and they had no ant spray. Also we seen one roach. Breakfast wasn't good. No counter in bathroom to put stuff

Checked in at a terminal. Never did that before. I did notice that the room had no refrigerator.

Check-in was a nightmare. Should’ve taken 5 min. Took 20+ After talking to front desk, talking to computer, supplying ID multiple times, supply confirmation number multiple times, finally I asked for a key because it wasn’t my fault they were running into problems and I’m not sure if that did it but I got a key within five minutes.

The room had a weird smell coming from the a/c. There was roaches in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

room was/is clean halls were/are clean. stayed one night coffee in morning is good.

Lady that checked me in was very unfriendly. However, the gentleman that checked me out was wonderful.

The stay was nice and the room was clean, the only thing that I would recommend is the staff is not friendly and the shower head in the bathroom is not good at all. need to upgrade their shower heads. The air condition does not stay on at all it on automatic, but it stays on less than 60 minutes. The complimentary food was good except I think you should add meat or eggs. I really like the pancake machine that was awesome. I will stay here again, I would like to have a microwave in the room.
