Misrepresented online. Building was probably over 100 years old. Room had no safety egress. Floor was sloped and very uneven. No one was around for breakfast which consisted of bread options, muffins, freeze dried oatmeal in a plastic cup, and rotten fruit. No amenities in room and there was no heat. Shower had hair on walls. Portable air conditioner in window that was poorly sealed. Road noise due to location on busy road.

My stay was fine. I was definitely disappointed in the breakfast. When I booked I was under the impression that being a B&B I would get a nice homecooked breakfast and it was definitely just a continental breakfast. Not honestly worth getting up for. I might have missed it saying that you just get a continental breakfast, but I was disappointed in hearing that. I'm not sure I would stay again, the room was chilly at night and I had a hard time sleeping, but Christine the lady that checked me in was very very nice and my room was huge.

The property, a 1811 farmhouse was interesting and comfortable. We enjoyed speaking with the owners who were present at breakfast. The breakfast itself was poor, consisting of store bought bagels and muffins as well as cups of instant oatmeal. Fresh fruit and juice were available.

The owner's christina and troy were very accommodating and very friendly.We had a nice chat with them over breakfast.. We had the room on the first floor it was very cozy and very comfortable and I loved the way it was decorated up in that old rustic decor.. Next time we go over that way, we will definitely be staying there again ,Diane and John

This was a me night stay on a road trip through New England. We wish that we had more time to stay at the B&B.
The host were wonderful and the accommodations were better than any of our hotels.

Beds so soft that they will hurt your back even if you have no back issues, as it did for me. Lack of air in the room with an A/C that doesn't even work properly and is blocking the window. The air fan was dirty

What a trip down memory lane. This is a lovely b&b with an old school vibe. A heads up that the rooms do not have TVs or mini-fridges, but they do have WIFI. I loved that i could shoot in my quiet room after a long hike. The rooms are quiet and comfy. The owners were friendly and accomodating. I will definitely come back

This was our first visit to Manchester. This property was so beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. Slightly out of town but very close to all of Manchester making for a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Upstairs bedroom was spacious and beautiful. Bathroom was well equipped. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

The B&B was so nice & comfortable but the best part is Christina & Troy! So friendly & helpful. Felt like we'd known them forever by the next morning! Will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times and find it a very comfortable, clean, cozy country Inn. The owners are very nice and prepare a fresh breakfast for each guest, with several options, including a breakfast sandwich to go. Good location to go to Waterville Valley and other destinations off of Rt.93. Close to trails for winter sports and hiking. Several restaurants close by.

Received a warm welcome and host was knowledgeable about the area. When going to bed there was a king size bed that was comfortable then there were two twin beds. One was okay and the other was old with the springs popping out so you could not even sit on it much less sleep. Coffee and black tea available at all times, would have like no caffeine tea (herbal) and hot chocolate packages. Breakfast was good.

We had a lovely stay here! The owners were kind and hospitable. We stayed in room 4 with a great attached bathroom and a comfortable bed. Very nice common accommodations. I highly recommend staying here.

Troy and Christina are friendly and welcoming hosts. The house was cozy and warm. Bed was very comfortable. We had several options for breakfast, and the ones we chose were delicious. We will stay here again if we are in the area.
