We enjoyed our time there. We have 4 kids and everyone was entertained from the 15 year old to the 7year old. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenience is key when attending an event (dance competition) at the casino. But not having a microwave in the hotel room for quick bites to eat in between dance numbers makes it tough for the dancers that are competing.

Half the casino was closed. The room was dated and no maid service.

Very dissappointed that housekeeing didnt come in clean the rooms,trash needed to be emptied and we needed clean towels which we called for and did not recieve until we called again the next morning, also cannot understand why we are paying a resort fee when their are things we cannot do like swimming, resort fee should be waved. I understand about covid precautions but dont charge to things we cannot use.

The hotel was beautiful. But once we got to our room it was not so clean. There was dust everywhere. My allergies kicked in. I had to take a wet rag and wipe down the headboards in the room.

Not much for kids to do no arcade or bowling during the day

Great place to stay especially if you want to spend time at the casino! The convenience was the best part. If we were tired or one of us didn’t want to gamble, we could just easily walk up to our room.

We have been to a few other casino's but first time we stayed at yours, going to a room is the most unsafe. In other casino's you need a key to work the elevator, not yours. You are looking for a problem

Arrived at 9am, was told my room was not ready and someone could contact us when it was, however we're registered. 3 hours later still no call and had to walk back to the lobby and demand my room. Shortly we were finally checked in. Got into our room and everything was okay but pee left in the toilet. It was a one night say, so we wanted to leave early so we can go back to our son, so on 2/14 we ordered room service and breakfast to our room because all the restaurants were crowded, so it arrived in 30 mins. We then uncovered our breakfast to find hair in our eggs. We called the room service and front desk immediately and was placed on hold over 1 hour without anyone answering. Called customer service to make a complaint and was told to stand by for a call back. Now we're running late, no resolution for 3 hours now and we need to get home to our son. We went to the front desk and they did nothing but note the account that we're not to be charged for the room service. We're now checked out and eating McDonalds on the way home. Sad, we were never compensated for the trouble or our time wasted. We will not consider staying at Foxwoods again. Their management are very stuck up and not helpful.

Very pleasant stay. Only one snag on Sunday am as there was no answer for breakfast room service. I was on hold for 1 hour and no pick-up.

The rooms are so nice and very spacious. The staff are super noce

The hotel was for the most part clean, but getting old and dated. It’s time to start updating and replacing some of the furniture. Staff was very nice . Casino was partially closed so it was tough not repeating the same things to do. Looking forward to after restrictions lift and get to see a show or a concert .

Nice hotel good service I wish the pools were open everything else was good

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash didn’t seem to match the elegance of the rest of the room. While the bed was comfortable, the sheets were like sandpaper. The employee cleaning the room next to us was having a personal conversation on speakerphone early in the morning which was frustrating. Every employee we encountered were friendly and professional.

I liked the big room and big bathroom. I like the many elevators.

The check in was uneventful, however the hallways were full of noisy children until 1:00 in the morning and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything, and I MEAN EVERYTHING, from the rooms around me. The pillows were thick foam and smelled of someone else's perfume.The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The room was well maintained and the cleaning staff were efficient and considerate. Considering how much I paid for the two night stay I was expecting a little more comfort and response when I complained about the noise. As an educator I was dismayed to see young children unsupervised at all hours of the night in a casino environment. Children are not allowed in the hot tub according to the posted signs and state law, yet the two hot tubs in the pool area were ALWAYS choked with children under ten. The one night we wanted to use the pool during adult hours, the pool attendant said it was closing (it was 8:30) even though it was posted to close at 9:00. Although I appreciated the convenience of staying on site at the casino, I have to question the value considering what was provided at Pequot.

The pool area did not seem clean. Robes were old and shabby. The whole Hotel smells like smoke.

Kids woke me up around 1am raving around hallways until 2:30am. Had to come home to get some rest!!
