Close to beach and center of town

Great location and very beautiful setup. The food was excellent

The rooms should be more illuminated and also have smart TVs according to the times, for a better entertainment system since it has few and boring channels, the internet in the restaurant did not exist. The staff as always very friendly and the food of a very good quality.

This is a beautiful place and, the location is prime. However, we did not have a very good experience with the personal working at reception area from start-to-finish. One last thing, the WI-FI is just terrible. Everything else is magnificent.. e.g Spa, pool area, restaurant, Beach access, etc.

The property and service exceeded my expectations. I was already drawn to this hotel from the Expedia photos, but I think they truly undersell it. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped us book an island jeep/boat tour, gave us local food recommendations, and allowed us a late checkout at no charge so we could spend a few extra hours on Ilhabela. Would definitely recommend!

I don't recommend this hotel. The wifi is not working properly, it's really upsetting. The architecture of the hotel is quite wierd: there is no comun area, the two pools are too deep or not deep enough, not really welcoming , a little bit narrow. It's ok for a short period of time but it's not at all like a little resort hotel with big pools, which I thought it was. Localisation is good, near the center, on the beach, but.... not a pretty beach, just ok for a quick drink. The nice beaches are further by car. The worst part was that : There are NO tennis racquets to play !! The hotel has a court but no racquets! It was so upsetting for us!! It doesn't make any sense and the receptionnist didn't seem to care. Also, we came on Easter and we stayed one day AFTER the holiday and on that day, the bars at the pool and beach were closed, breakfast was different than the days before (on the holiday), less options. I didn't like that we paid the same price but had a worse service just because the hotel was emptier. All in all, not so good.

The stay was awesome. Staff were very friendly, especially Salvatore at front desk. A great hotel to stay in Ilha Bela. Breakfast was great too..
