Nice hotel but my room was a little dated, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was not quite as good in variety of other Country Inns. Staff was very pleasant.

The beds are the most comfortable od any hotel that I have ever spent a night in. I slept like a baby.

We couldn’t get into our room until and hour after check in. When entering our room, there was poop in the toilet and hair in the shower. Very disgusted.

Room wasn’t ready at 3:00 and we had a wedding so that was frustrating the desk clerk did run up to help the cleaning crew get our room ready ! She was amazing and went above and beyond !!

Had to change room, window shade broken. After cleaning, room never should have been cleared for occupancy until all items have been checked out and corrected. No matter how small an inconvenience, customers remember those things. Coffee in lobby empty, exterior garbage cans overflowing, etc

We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The hours were great, letting us use the facilities after dinner. Breakfast was ample, decent fare. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Got there at 3 for checkin, told it would be 30 minutes. Waited 45 still not ready. Had to leave for our event. Got back at 8 and checked in. Bathroom was lacking supplies and carpet was damp. Large wedding party was in the lobby hanging out loudly until at least 1130. No offer of recomp was made for our inability to check in, or any appology offered. Won't use this hotel for our next stay. Made us sad, as our stay at their hotel in DL was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Loved the half avocados for breakfast. There was only 1 ice machine for the whole property (Should have been @ least 2) The ice machine didn't work for 4 days. Each time it was reported to the front desk was told the same thing about people filling coolers....but at 5 am?

When we arrived at 11 pm the beds were not made. There was a clear odor and a machine running which we later found was an ozone machine which should not be run with people in room because it could cause harm.. No one came to make beds, we did ourselves and my husband was coughing in the morning. This should not happen. Also, oatmeal was cold at breakfast They took 25% off, but should have comped us a whole night.

Quiet, Great Staff and generally property in good condition but bed was super firm, bathtub drain couldn’t keep up with the shower and the toilet was super low. Staff did accommodate my mother-in-law with a toilet riser but the drain size and mattress purchases were definitely a management decision!
