Good hotel for the price, friendly staff very helpful. We were late at checkout and it wasn't a problem. Good location for the old town and Cathedral.

This hotel is wonderfully located for a day walking through Strasbourg. At check in, we were met by a charming host. The staff were very helpful and friendly, professional and enjoyable. Our room was unique in its layout (pitched ceilings) and extremely clean and orderly. With the hot weather, the air conditioner was important to us. Throughout the night, the air conditioner function and internal banging (off and on) was quite disruptive and sadly kept my parter up through most of the night. Aware that the hotel was completely full, we knew there were few options to help us (especially in the middle of the night). The breakfast was very good and tastefully done with variety and a non-institutional approach. The staff were very engaged and helpful. Parking (paid) was available within a block. It was approximately 45euro for a 24 hour period. Convenient. We would happily return to this hotel....as we are sure the air conditioning will be repaired. :)

It’s been our second time in this hotel within 15 months. We have had wonderful stay in it and service at the reception has been excellent.Personnel is very oriented to client’s needs.Breakfast was pretty good. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip to Strasbourg.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just steps from the Cathedral. Room was clean and quiet with great air conditioning. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was in last floor no elevator for the last floor room was really small if you book a standard room look for some other accomodation

The location was easy to reach by streetcar, and a 3 - 5 min walk. Very good area for shopping and restaurants, and close to the Munster. Our room was clean and modern mixed with some European charm. Same comment for the bathroom. The desk clerk was very helpful answering our questions.

Awesome staff beautiful hotel and service is outstanding. Everything is close to by cathedral and tram.

While not walkable from the train station, which it what I was hoping for, it was easy to access by trolley. I loved the hotel because it is two blocks away from the cathedral and a few minutes walk to the ponts.

This hotel was wonderful! Everyone who worked in the hotel was so pleasant and welcoming. The location was perfect for seeing the sights. We walked almost everywhere. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff

Excellent location near sights, one block from cathedral and petit France and tram station. Quiet room, woke at 4 am and didn’t hear anything but in bathroom could hear party goers. had good air conditioning. No soap when we arrived and had to go to desk WiFi had to be activated after we requested. Good breakfast and super friendly staff.

Friends and I stayed four days at this hotel. Starting with the fabulous hotel manager, Julia, our stay was terrific. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Excellent location, near the cathédrale.

The reception staff were excellent, greeted me by name and were so helpful. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent for exploring Strasbourg with a view of the cathedral. Excellent hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that they have 24/7 desk attendants. Our train was several hours late se we didn't get in till around 2am, and they were helpful and kind even at that hour. Room service was pristine. Always very clean. The only complaint would be the WiFi, which would disconnect frequently and was slow when it was connected.

Staff and location were great but I wouldn’t recommend the Mansard rooms if you’re above Hobbit size. It will be you that goes “bump in the night.” … but very clean and nice facilities.
