Nice hotel, but small pool. At the end of june a lot of young people celebrating exams. Busy diner, ok choice of food.

Staff were rude and the room was never properly cleaned, the room was very moist at all times, we were on our honeymoon and asked for a mattress cover (twice) to join the two separate beds and never got it. I fell asleep during a facial and the spa staff woke me up by slapping me on my cheek twice. The food was Ok for the first day but then continued to make me sick and was the same options pretty much every day. The “all inclusive” makes you think you get a special restaurant to book once a week for free, but surprise it’s just another buffet and looks exactly like something they’ve served at the other regular buffet another day. The pool bar never had ice and the staff member actually told my husband to complain to front of house staff for him because he had been asking for them to fix his pool bar ice machine for 3 weeks with no luck??? We’re in very hot weather it’s kind of obscene for an employee to tell a guest that. When asked about what the all inclusive band gets us on arrival the first day other staff were very rude to both my husband and I. Want some fresh water??? Forget about it. Buy some at the store unless you want to take the elevator down to the ground floor everything to use a fountain across the hotel… or there’s a mythical water fountain on floor 5 or you can get lose in a maze trying to find one by the gym but that’s your options. The bathroom becomes a pond each shower and not enough towels to manage that either. Stay in Valletta or Sliema if you can

The room was very poor. Pieces of wall missing, very noisy from the work carried out below. The bus stop over the road was noisy, limiting our use of the minute balcony. The breakfast was average at best. Room service knocking on your door from 8.30 in the morning to clean your room and then again every 10 minutes. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

Stayed for a week in Qawra with a terrace room. The room was so spacious and the terrace was sea facing which was beautiful. The only tricky part is using the lifts if you're on a high up floor (we were floor 9) so waiting for a lift to get up or down took a while! Either way, the stay was great and the food options were brilliant. The pizza was the best part!!

Really liked property , did feel should of been handed a map as was huge place and not allot of staff understood , half the lifts didn’t work so spent about 15-20 mins each time I needed to move floors with a pushchair which was a massive pain , food was fine bar staff friendly cleaner was cool room made up lovely pools were clean but salt water not to our taste

The indoor pool is just next to the spa, and its more of a spa / sauna pool. Children couldn't swim in it, as someone kept coming to say it was too noisy. It shouldnt then be advertised as indoor pool. Also had to call maintenance 3 times to attend to issues in the bathroom, aircon and tv, which was promptly sorted. Overall i will give 3 star.

Room had growth/ mold and we asked to switch rooms as we had an 8 month old, and 2 other children under 6. After being promised a room, they ended up giving it to another guest who hadnt even checked in yet. As a paying customer, just like everyone else, the simple courtesy was not showed. The confusion was made even worse by the very rude and abrasive bellman who walked in on my spouse nursing, and proceeded to remove our things without even asking.

Good selection of food at the all inclusive buffet. Good pool areas and plenty of loungers. People were reserving loungers in the best positions around 7am though. Not enough umberellas down by the sea area. A la carte restaurants were nice, especially the Asian one. Entertainment was ok, good that you need net leave the hotel if you want to watch a show in the evening. Quiet and calm around the pool which we loved. Only once a day when water aerobics is on is there loud music Queues fir drinks at pool bar can be long

Limited dining was a disappointment and distance to what we wanted to see and do made things difficult. Not necessarily the properties issue just poor planning on our part.

Terrible cleaning. In our suite, the terasse floor was not washed for 10 days. There was not towels in the room- the forgot several times. Your bedlinnen was not changed, the just turned the dirty side around

Fantastic holiday will definitely be returning back next year .

This wasn't look like a 4 star hotel. There was no simple water bottle avilable in the room which should be as basic necessity and good Hospitality in hot weather 32C temperature.Everyday Breakfast menu was same and very limited food varieties in the lunch and dinner.Most of the time bar mens were serve only one drink for one person means you can't order two drinks in one time.

So you can’t have the balcony door open or relax on your balcony. Rooms are basic for 4 star. Crap cheap tv and the rooms very small. Unable to relax in the area you eat for all inclusive without staff hovering over you waiting to take your plates away. Food was repetitive and gave us stomach issues. We ate our most evenings. Also dirty glasses given down in the pool area bar. The entertainment is awful in evenings. Just bingo and a guy playing a few songs from a laptop most nights. Lifts not working. So it was always over crowded. Most of the time we used stairs. Personally loved Malta but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this hotel to friends and family. Left unrested and dissatisfied.

Every member of staff was pleasant and helpful. Accommodation was lovely, the most wonderful terrace with views of the ocean. The room was great, so strange to find simple things missing, like somewhere to hang your clothes in the lovely bathroom. The buffet restaurant had a great selection and was very good, soft drinks plentiful, though in my opinion watered down. Cocktails and alcohol in short supply, except when we had to pay for them in the Caribbean restaurant. Not impressed with the menu in the Caribbean restaurant, but the staff were so lovely it was hard to complain. It’s a great hotel, with easy access to local shops, restaurants and the aquarium. Had a great stay, and would definitely go back.

Nice place little older you can always find parking right in front , dining options decent small choice but food decent in all the restaurants . Staff decently friendly some more some less def clean and safe very convenient access to tours and buses. And other restaurants nice view

Super hotel in a great location. Great food and bars. For the most part the service was fantastic though there was an issue with neither the safe or phone working in the room. That aside this is a great place for a vacation with great travel close by

Booked with this lovely hotel but had to cancel as our son was really poorly with a chronic stomach bag. Hotel refused to give us the money back. Avoid !!!! make sure you have package fully flexible

Good property, appears to be going through some refurb but that didn't affect the quality of the stay.

Poor housekeeping, they didn’t stock tea and coffee daily, took our towels no replacing with fresh, phone in room didn’t work. Nice gym and good location .It was noisy as they carried on building works above and under the room .

Excellent stay, lovely seaview room. Varied food selection at every mealtime which was delicious. Very helpful, friendly and polite staff.
