The hotel is in a beautiful location, but the service at the front desk is not friendly, or helpful. Will definitely not come back or recommend it.

The oceanfront unit was beautiful but the bed was horrible; especially when considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. Once the owener address that everything will be perfect. The staff was amazing and the beach was absolutely wonderful.

Had an outstanding time. The staff was more than great. Concierge was more than helpful. We had a two bedroom suite that was absolutely delightful. Great beach access. We chose to rent an suv, parking was a breeze. Very safe and clean place to stay. My daughter now lives and works in Turks and Caicos. This property will be my new home away from home.

Liked that it was quiet, getting taxi to and from there was horrendous. I will not come bs k because of it. Staff favored some guests over others

The staff here is some of the most genuine and professional individuals my fiancée and I encountered. Roshanda (Front Desk- forgive me if I misspelled your name), Giovanni (Front Desk) and Chase (Aquatic Activities) all played a significant role in the enjoyable experience we had during our 5 day stay. Roshanda and Chase are blessings in human form. There were many others who impacted our stay from the breakfast/restaurant crew, bar staff, housekeepers and the security. For sure a 10/10.

Don’t think about it just book . This place was amaxing so comforting the people there were amazing great customer service . From when we checked in to when we checked out everything was great very attentive .

Beach was beautiful check out the live music Friday night next door at the Pink Bar. Very nice stay everyone was so accommodating.

Facility was nice. Not close to all the restaurants. Had to take taxis everywhere. Staff at beach could use some improvement. I had to ask them for towels and they don’t come and ask if you want food or drinks. You have to go to the restaurant. This is a lost opportunity. They could have benefited from this financially if staff would round and pass out menus in thr beach. Giovanni and Rafaela were fabulous with our requests.he was at the front desk and she was our housekeeper. Not sure I would go back and that is why I gave staff 3 stars.

Complimentary breakfast, nice size room & great customer service

This was our second time at the West Bay club and just as lovely as the first time. The staff is amazing and so helpful and helping to pick out tours, etc. next time we will stay here again.

The property was gorgeous! The staff was attentive, fun and made sure I had a great time and an amazing bday experience. Giovanni,Jaden,roshanna,Frantz,Roosevelt and Petronia were the staff that made my stay so memorable and I am forever thankful. I would definitely visit again!

Friendly staff

The property was very clean and the service was excellent. The one thing I missed was that there was no gift shop and any closed in common area to go to that had a/c.

Great property in a great location right on a very very beautiful beach! The breakfast was great and included in the cost. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was great just chatting with them! I would definitely recommend the West Bay Club and look forward to returning!

Cabana staff was terrific, especially Chris. Resort looks nice. Staff kept us hydrated with water bottles in the room which was great for us who drink a lot of water. Front desk helped us with coordinating activities which made it easy for us to make reservations.

Loved our stay. Clean and luxurious. Our suite was wonderful and the stretch of beach property is on is great. I’d just be aware of the following: 1- No good dining on site 2- Pool is relatively small. I recommend renting a car to check out other beaches and to drive to restaurants.

Staff seem very inconvenienced when we would ask for water or ice. We felt like we weren’t treated the same as others there and we were ignored a lot of the times and ended up doing things ourselves that staff would typically do for you; like help you get your towels and set up on the beach chairs. Simple things seemed to be too much to ask for.

We spent 10 days at West Bay Club and we are already planning our return! We liked that it is smaller, therefore less crowded. Daily breakfast buffet included in price was quite good. Especially appreciated the housekeeping staff- they were very attentive and helpful. This property is not close to very many restaurants and not close to a grocery store so if you don’t rent a car you’ll need to do taxis (and taxis can be annoying and expensive). We were told that their sister property in Grace Bay is very similar to WBC and is very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Grace Bay. We loved the beach at WBC- plenty of umbrellas and chairs set up, and attentive staff to help set up towels and bring refreshments. They had kayaks, hobicats, and paddle boards available free of charge. Excellent resort!

The west bay club is excellent from staff to their non motorized water sports. The beach is so much better that where all the other resorts are located on Grace bay.

Perfect peaceful vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the West Bay Club. It had a charming, quiet, "boutiquey" feel to it. The grounds were well-maintained, the staff was lovely, the food and drink were delicious, and all of our needs were met. The beach was pristine and calm, and offered one of the widest strips of beach on the bay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only reason I took a star off the Cleanliness score was because the couches in our suite had some bad red stains in them which made us not want to use them, but everything other than that was wonderful and we certainly plan to return to this resort.

Property is infested with cochroaches, long wait times for staff to clean rooms. Inconvenient location, must take taxi everywhere. No activities on property. Bikes were limited to two for the entire property. Drinks are watered down. Overall waste of money.

Food and dinning options were the only thing, I disliked but everything else was good. Service is very amazing, the receptionist Giovanni was very helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend this place.
