Beautiful location overlooking the Mediterranean! Our room had a terrace with sea view which was awesome. There's a 10 mn walk down to some rocky coves and beach, cool cliffside hiking trails, otherwise you need a car to get anywhere. Argueles has wide, long sandy beach. Collioure has fun waterfront dining.

I am a disabled visiter When we booked this hotel it said it was wheelchair/disabled friendly as soon as we booked and paid for a superior room we were told there was NO lifts and our room was on the first floor! I explained that I was disabled and was then told they could get us a room on the ground floor! Not only did we have to pay 50€ more for this but the toilet and bathroom were so small that I had to back in to the toilet on my (one)crutches! The parking would have been good but there was only one bay and a Porsche sports car was parked in that the whole time we were there and No one checked for disabled badges. If your disabled or partly disabled this hotel isn’t for you but that’s not what is printed so please be a wear!

Lovely stay. The studio room we stayed in was great - private and clean. Hotel was quite and the pool + jacuzzi were great. Nice setting and only a short drive to many restaurants and the port. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at les Mouettes. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent. our room was really nice but we needed to take two sets of stairs they did offer help with our luggage. Next time we will book 1st floor double room with balcony but otherwise everything was wonderful. They made a recommendation for dinner at Chateau Valmy.....wonderful. We will definately visit again for 3 nights next time.

Very suitable, clean and comfortable accommodation 50 yards from the beach. Breakfast excellent. Lots of restaurants between 100 and 409 yards at the Port. Sunday Market Close, too. Affordable and good value. Long and short-term Municipal parking out front.

Check in was great. The staff pointed out and walked through all the facilities, the pool area, the childrens play area, the games room. The room was ideal for our needs. Garden room with nice patio area. Cleanliness - excellent. Close to local beach and towns for dining out. Recommend going to Collioure for meals, lunch / dinner. Great choice, fresh food, nearly all staff in the restaurants we dined in (many) had very good language skills.

We stopped off here on our long drive from Granada to Paris. Lovely hotel and town and wished we had booked for longer than one night. Great pool and perfect studio room. I would love to come back.

It was a very pleasant stay! Beautiful and very good breakfast buffet! Only remark! No elevator ; came from long trip and had to leave big suitcases in car! For the rest A+

CONS: The hotel is very outdated, small, and with minimal room furniture and decor. Tiny separate room (like 1/2 a closet) for the toilet. The sink/tub/shower are in another very small room. Not much room to move around. We couldn't figure out how to work the heat or air-conditioning. In the middle of the night, I woke to try to adjust the temperature, only to click on a button that very loudly shut something of a garage door over our sliding-glass window to the back patio area. When we awoke in the morning to what felt like hurricane winds, it made sense why there was such a metal door (that was banging loudly against the side of the hotel) over our sliding-glass door. Skip the 14 euro breakfast, that looked bland and minimal. We ate in downtown Colliure instead, for only 10 euros each. PROS: In a great location, given we didn't have to stay in pricey Colliure itself, but was in short driving distance to Colliure central. Up on top of a beautiful mountain overlooking the ocean and town below. Beautiful sights. Large pool and hot-tub on premise, though we didn't use them (it was too cold).

Very nice Hotel, fantastic view, very well located, amicable staff that speak several languages. Breakfast was delicious (try the Brioche)!

This was probably one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed in. It was probably the closest we have ever been to a private villa - but with staff!! From the reception team to the staff who cleaned the rooms the level of friendly professionalism and meticulous attention to detail were second to none. We will definitely be staying at Hotel & Spa Les Mouettes again.

Really great hotel. I took advantage of the spa and got a massage while I was there. Some people might be put off by the fact that they have no elevator to reach the second floor but that was not an issue for us. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location with a beautiful sea view from our room. For a small extra charge they have a wonderful breakfast.

The room was small but comfortable. Nice balcony with great view but not really quiet due to the road. We walked the path to the nearby beach but it was not great for swimming. Loved swimming at the Argeles. Great location for exploring near by towns. Our favorite was Colleure.

Fabulous swimming pool and location.

Comfortable hotel with a nice water view, friendly service and a great breakfast buffet (costs extra). It's about five minutes outside of Collioure.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is near a main road that can be noisey. Also, the pool is small and if kids are in there splashing and playing, it can be loud and difficult to find a peaceful place. Not a lot of lounge chairs so can also get crowded. A 20+ walk to the beach over rugged terrain. Parking at the nearby beaches is a challenge so get there early. Also last seating for dinner (other than pizza and a few tapas) is 9:30pm so plan your day accordingly.
