The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good too!, although would have preferred a little more selection, as over the 4 days, it was basically the same each day! The bathroom was small and dated.

We splurged on this hotel thinking it was going to be great. It was not! For the amount we spent on the room I wish we stayed somewhere else. We were supposed to have. A balcony it was a window looking out. The room itself was spacious but the bed was awful. It was like sleeping on a hard box. Both my husband and myself woke up with back pain. My daughter had a pull out sofa that was all springs. I paid for one night the amount I got an air b&b in Tuscany for a week. Very disappointing. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. It was in a great location but I think most hotels are in good locations there.

Wonderful hotel located central to Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. Staff was friendly and accommodating with restaurant and tour suggestions.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful! They were ready to help you 24 hors a day. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was very comfortable except for the very firm mattresses. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was very good, with about a 5 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. Our room overlooked the canal with gondolas going by, sometimes with fantastic singers! The front desk staff were very nice and arranged some transportation for us. The downside was the bed in the second bedroom- it was horrible! It was a fold-out couch that had broken arms and completely broken down in the middle of frame. It looked like it was 20 years old and was really uncomfortable for our adult son. The bedding had just 1 ratty, rough blanket for each bed. The other downside was a massive sewage leak on the main floor by the dining room. The sewage smell was unbearable, do we left for the day. The staff never talked to us about it or told us what was happening. We thought we would have to change hotels, but it was resolved by that evening. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at for our 3-wk trip, and we expected better amenities, and especially a decent bed and plumbing.

Bathroom is very unsafe. No floor mats provided and it is very slippery when wet! Very likely to fall as I did with pretty serious injuries.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay in Venice. It was centrally located and we had an easy time getting around to everything we wanted to see and do, The staff were exceptional.

Great hotel and staff. They took good care of us. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and lots of options. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Venice!

Great location to get around all of Venice. We had two rooms for five of us and they were plenty big and air conditioned. Included breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

Nice ambience

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon. Venezia did not disappoint. Beautiful romantic and wonderful. This hotel was friendly and wow what an amazing breakfast! Great area and loved the stay

great location... 5 minutes walk to water taxi

Super friendly front desk. Checkin was easy and quick. Explanations about airport transfer via public boat was clear. They explained the landmarks with a map. The room is very small though. The shower is extremely small and the showerhead kept falling. I kept hitting my elbows to the showerwall. Once I hit the shower handle and it jumped to cold water. I’m 1.65m and weigh 62kg. I’m not overweight or big but it was still very uncomfortable. The rooms are well insulated as I didn’t overhear others. The AC works perfectly!

I would recommend this hotel for you stay in Venice. The workers were very polite and always ready to help you. Rooms were clean. It's 3-minute walk to St. Mark's Square.

Nice break in great location

I wish I could leave 10 stars for all but especially the staff. It was perfect and we were so well cared for. Location couldn’t have been better.

Excellent location with a lot of eatery and shops near by. Easy walk to St Mark’s, Rialto bridge and water transportation stations. Nice size room (we stayed in a superior double for 3 ppl), decent breakfast. Only discomfort was tight shower space, but that’s typically of European bathroom size. Will stay there again.
