The restaurant staff was very pleasant n hospitable.

Great hotel, location, and upgrades overall. Surprisingly in contrast to all upgrades, the rug was in terrible condition (likely to be replaced soon and thoughtfully slippers were provided). The fan in the bathroom could be cleaned. Other than that, wonderful experience and stay!

Great rooftop terrace restaurant

The hotel and rooms are very nice, however they are not sound proofed as described. There is a bar on the roof that blasts music that rattles the whole structure especially the elevator shaft. I didn’t expect this at all, and when they finally shut off the music just before 11 everyone spilled into the street and since rooms are not sound proofed I ended up switching rooms to an inner room at around 11:30. Pretty annoying. Nothing against people having a good time on a Friday night, but my goal was basic hotel activity: to sleep and wash, so that didn’t work out so well. I feel management should decide if they are a hotel or a nightclub, and be up front about the noise. That said, great location, nice facility, and helpful getting me a taxi etc. Maybe this is only an issue on weekends. Definitely ask for an inner courtyard room.

Great location, spacious room however air conditioner is not working. Every evening I called front desk, they said they will look into it or start from their end but nothing happened. How is this a four star hotel?

Beautiful hotel Will stay again in November

Location and staff were great. The garage is a challenge for entry and exit unless one has a small sedan. The parking charge for the space is a bit high given the challenges.

Nice hotel in the middle of the beautiful historical part of Piacenza. The room was okay, but mine had an incredibly small safety box that seemed to be more than twenty years old, and the WIFI was downright lousy. The worst I had in Italy on my six-city tour. I would rate this hotel as a 3.5 out of 5, which is being pretty kind, but the prices for the room and the buffet breakfast were reasonable.

Not bad Right in downtown

A well-located hotel with onsite parking (not free) close to some of the main sites of Piacenza and many restaurants and bars. Breakfast is served on the top floor which has access to the roof terrace. Unfortunately, rain prevented us from using the terrace at night after our restaurant meal but we could have some good views of the city. A substantial buffet breakfast was available but due to Covid regulations we had to make our choices and a member of staff provided the food for us. A good quality and value hotel.

Good check in on arrival. Small terrace bar on the roof for a nice drink overlooking Piacenza. Handy location. Room comfy. Breakfast is extra.

A very comfortable hotel within walking distance of the important sites and restaurants in Piacenza. The rooms are clean with excellent air conditioning and good WiFi. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay of 3 nights.

Very good location!

Great hotel and amazing restaurant on a terrace with the view. Service in the restaurant is amazing and food delicious. During COVID breakfast is a challenge because they make you stay so far away from the food that you have to guess what's in there. If you have a large car, don't try to squeeze into parking.

The hotel is amazing. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had very few options, almost no fruits. The entrance to garage is too narow. Getting out was a huge challenge.

Fairly priced comfortable hotel. Male receptionist officious and negative. All other staff professional and charming. Noise insulation poor.

Diligent welcome and fast check in. Clean and excellent air conditioning, made for a comfortable night sleep.The rooftop terrace was an oasis after long hours driving in the Italian hit.The location is a big plus to enjoy the Old Piacenza.

we have stayed here three times because we know the service will be top dollar and we have an amazing breakfast there is plenty of choice and the cleanliness of this hotel is first class . it is close to the weekend markets and the clothes and shoe shops all quality names . i would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit piacenza .it is absolutely first class
