Parking was inconvenient. Hotel very nice, well renovated.

The staff were really nice, brilliant location, we used the car park which was not far from the hotel. Room was very small but clean and tidy. Nice continental breakfast. The downside was that the aircon wasn’t working and we weren’t told until we arrived, however we were given a fan, and a discount because of this. I was still really hot and I didn’t sleep well but my husband slept perfectly fine. Had I known beforehand I would probably have booked elsewhere.

Good location for exploring Strasbourg. The gentleman on the desk is very welcoming and helpful. He recommended a very good restaurant in the centre. If you are travelling by car, the off-site parking is a bit of a pain to get due to Strasbourg's one-way system and random road closures. The air conditioning was out when we stayed, so we didn't have to pay the €15 for parking and were provided a fan. The room was a good size and clean though a little bit tired as you tend to get in city hotels. I would stay here again.

Wonderful space and convenient location. Well within easy walking distance to the major sites and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Simple, clean rooms. No fluff, yet worth the price.

Nice 3 star hotel, approx 20min walk to all attractions. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Great staff. Supermarket 2 mins away. Although we didn't have breakfast, it did look lovely and nice room. Overall very enjoyable. 👍👍👍

Nice room and location. Spacious room and quiet area outside. Not far from city center. Limited parking options that need to be pre booked in advance. We had to park in a near by shopping center for around 20 eur pr night.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was as expected. We especially enjoyed the breakfast.

It was disappointing to learn upon arrival that parking required a reservation… we did not see this included on the site, and it meant that we had to go park at a mall. True, it was nearby, but nevertheless, in the rain and cold, it wasn’t desirable. The location was good, and easy walk into town. there weren’t a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but, of course, heading into the cathedral area, there were plenty. I must say it was quite difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, because it looks like we were turning into a driveway.

We arrived early and left the luggages to the reception. Then while we came in the evening for check in, the room (which was fully paid) was occupied. They were very sorry and vacate the room!!! Bathroom wasn’t clean enough, some towels were stained. There were no slippers. WiFi connection was poor. No refrigerator, but the breakfast was perfect.

Modest to small size room just outside the Strasbourg City center. 15 minute direct walk to the Cathedral. Plenty of Brasseries around the immediate area with some good dinner offers. Biggest issue, as with many older hotels, the AC did not work well during 32C days. Not did it work well during 27C days. But the cooler nights made it quite nice to just open the window. The morning breakfast is a bit basic, but the breads and croissants were amazing. Worth adding to your bill to get a jump on your day. And... the chocolate shop is next door! I will stay again.

Great and helpful employees. The room was clean and the bike rental was cheap. It's definitely a good choice for a city center hotel.

Wonderful place. Accessible to everything. Clean, comfortable, and a stylish rooms. Manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

When we arrived the hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our 16 year old son's luggage did not arrive from the airlines so we had to shop for clothes for him in the area and the man at the reception was helpful in giving us good information on places in the area for our son's style of clothing.

This was a quaint out-of-way hotel, but it was a bit hard to find. It’s very close to the Old City and super convenient for walking. The staff was particularly helpful. Breakfast was quite good.

Everything was O.K.

First, we were placed in a room with a portable air-conditioning, it was a little disappointing. But after our request, we were immediately transferred to a normal room. The property is in a quiet location. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral, restaurant and shops. We didn't try the breakfast as we wanted to explore the area. The location is also a Tram ride away from the Strasbourg Central Train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful time

Room was small but nice. No fridge or microwave but had a safe. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Pros: about 10 min. Walk to shopping and dinning. About 10 to 15 min Drive to train station. Nice updated decor in rooms and entire hotel. Comfortable lobby. Elevator. Entire hotel very clean. Next door to Monoprix. Hot water with good bathroom and shower. 3 person room had unique layout with a door separating the beds. 2 out of 3 beds comfortable. Slightly better than usual European breakfast. Helpful staff. Cons: very few restaurants nearby ( 10 min. Walk away), floors very creaky and noisy, unable to moderate heat in room, windows did open though that allowed street noise, 1 very uncomfortable bed. Would we stay again? Possibly. We would only stay on top floor at back of hotel. We would consider another hotel that was closer to more restaurants though if the price was comparable and the hotel was as nicely kept up as Couvent.

Convenient location, modern, good breakfast, clean. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice rooms, clean and supplied with all needed amenities. Staff is extremely friendly and will try to help with any requests. Treated guests as if they were family. Nice large kitchen/gathering area is available for snaking or meeting with others. Breakfast provided to accommodate a vegan lifestyle.

Hotel located about a 15 minute walk from Strasbourg cathedral. Very good breakfast buffet with varied choices. Careful. Front entrance of the hotel is not located directly on the street, but in an alley.
