We always come for 4th of July it’s a perfect place to stay.

Property is right next to a train track. The train comes through at midnight blaring the horn - yes, at midnight while us was sound asleep. Then the walls are as thin as paper because I hear the 5am alarm go off in the room next to me and another go off at 6am above me. When I shared my experience with the clerk at checkout she looked me in the eyes and told me she didn’t build the place. I’ll never stay there again.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast

Property is beautiful. Staff amazing. Everyone is friendly. Every person cleaning the rooms or working there greeted you with a smile and we’re super happy. Breakfast is good. However if you are Gluten free you will not be able to eat anything. Not yogurt, nor the fruit as there is too much cross contamination. There were apples…. They have a little pantry you can purchase items from and amazingly they did have a few gluten free selections! Impressive on that part. The actual hotel room was awesome. We had a suite with separate bedroom and an awesome kitchen. Would have been nice to have dish soap, not just dishwasher soap. But that’s ok. There is hotel shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion but not the little hotel bottles. So it’s eco friendly. The complaint- We were 4th floor riverside. There is a train track right outside the fence line. Train whistle at 9:00, 10:00,11:00. PM like clockwork both nights we stayed. It is so loud and then the room shakes. Like shaking to the point you would think there is an earthquake. Then there are the birds. It sounded as though they were nesting in the walls. So loud and it wasn’t just early in the morning. Pool is average and the hot tub is smaller. But a decent facility. Would I stay here again. Noise wise -would definitely not be on the riverside, possibly city view side. It is good dollar for what you get but considering the noise it is a little pricey.

Functional. Quite dirty. Bit disappointing that there is so much dust and dirt as this is easy to fix. Trains are noisy at night. Otherwise a perfectly functional stay.

I stay at a lot of hotels, as I travel for business. I returned to the hotel on my first night of a multiple night stay to find that my bags had been rifled through by the cleaning staff. Usually put the do not disturb on the door, so shame on me.

Loved being able to use the kitchenette and having our four legged family members with us :)

We reserved a room with a suite with 2 beds and there was only one. We were not reassigned a room that we paid for. We were told that they could not do anything about it because the reservation was done through an outside company

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this StayBridge Suites in Great Falls, MT. We had an excellent stay in Missoula, MT at a StayBridge Suite Hotel jus 4 days prior to our stay in Great Falls. We had booked for a larger suite in Great Falls, but when we arrived they had to give us a smaller suite because the one that we had booked was not clean. The bed was too small and the room was very small compared to the one we had expected. It seemed to feel dirty and the coffee pot and microwave was not very clean. Everything seemed dusty also. Trains blew there horns throughout the night right outside our window. The laundry was very dirty and there was only 3 washers and dryers that were available to use and the rest of them were out of service. I waited to use the only one available and when I went to use it, I could not get it to work so I went to the desk where they called the night watchman to assist me and stayed with me until we could get it to work. The gym looked very dirty and the pool area was dark and dingy, so I was afraid to even use that. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, the night watchman was very helpful also. The young woman in the kitchen for breakfast was very kind and courteous, and paid attention to detail. The hotel itself was a real disappointment!

Forgot a pair of earrings and phone charger in the room and when we returned an hour later, they were gone. Cleaning staff claimed they didn’t see them but they were the only ones in the room from the time we left until we returned an hour later.

Best hotel in town by far!!

Good value and nice quiet place

We stayed in room 316 there was greaser finger prints and look like blood on the ceiling and somebody booger on the chair next to the couch the beds were very uncomfortable

Very nice hotel and loved the buffet options. The fresh fruit was so great. Also love the ability to get ice 24/7. That was great. Loved the ground for floor close to parking and easy

Washroom was dirty.

I like everything about the area around the hotel.It is next to the river and there are walking trails.

Great hotel

Lovely room, spacious and well appointed. First floor room have high ceilings! This is a place you would love spending a few nights at. Very nice breakfast as well.

This day was wonderful, property was clean, food was great

There’s a train track behind the hotel, maybe 50 feet from the back. If you’re not an extremely deep sleeper, be prepared to be woken by train horns a couple of times late at night. May have been the day we were there, but I wouldn’t risk it again.

Very nice property but did not realize the train went by there. It went by 3 times in one night. How did I know? Because it woke me up every time it went by!!
