Great location with fantastic balcony views across lakes or mountains.Nice and quiet room.Didnt have breakfast as we found a fantastic cafe/patisserie up on main road.

We asked for a non smoking room with a view and air conditioning. We didn't get any of the three items we asked for, even though we were assured that these were all reserved. On their website it said that all rooms were non-smoking, air conditioned and had mountain views. A continental breakfast was also available. When we got there and found out we were in rooms that smelled like smoke, looked at a grass and cement wall, and had no air conditioning, we tried to contact them but everyone was unavailable until the following Monday. The continental breakfast was unavailable on weekends as well. No one even at the concierge desk. No one returned our call when we left a message. When we checked out on Monday and explained our frustration, we got no apology or explanation. Just a simple, "we'll look into that". We definitely will never return!!!

Great little spot to sleep on the cheap with a bus to Geneva. It has a kitchen stocked with silverware and pots. Only thing that is a little awkward is the bathtub (at least in my unit)

The hotel's location was not to be desired but if you like being a great distance from the city then it would be perfect. I was able to take the bus into Geneva but if you can, get a car. The hotel is next to an Equestrian school so there is feces and bad smells but at least you get to see the horses in the morning. It is not really close to any food so make sure you purchase something before retiring. Very comfortable bed with great kitchen set up. My only serious complaint is the reception, it is almost like they aren't there and the reception is not open on Sundays.

View of Mont Blanc. But some spring cleaning needed to remove dust and cobwebs from corners. Kitchen is very handy.

Close from Geneva, kitchen well equiped. Very quiet, the Gex town is very nice good restaurant.

Looked for a practical place with kitchen close to Geneva. Worked out well, but don't expect anything fancy.

Reception is not staffed round the clock. Late arrivals have to call a number to get access to their keys which didn't pick up for 20 minutes when I arrived. Rooms are ok but basic with wooden floors, slat bed frame and thin mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped. Room service is once a week. Parking is available but spots are small. It is utilitarian but not comfortable.

It was quite distance to geneva palexpo but considered its price to geneva ones overall satisfaction. But the brakfast menu needs to be improved. There are sight things and leisure activity programs so it should be positive to ise it.

Easy to check in and check out, helpful and courteous staff, clean and tidy room.

Hotel service was poor and not very helpful. In addition, it was extremely hard to find.

Send mail requesting information ahead of schedule check. The email was never answered. Upon my arrival anyway I had to wait about 2 hours to get to my room

Once we got in, the stay was adequate. The first stay was for 3 nights - 2 people and a second room for 2 nights for 2 people. The problem was that when we arrived with our paperwork, they said they only had a room confirmed for the party of 3, BUT they could accomodate the party of two. After waiting for almost an hour, I went up and told them they really needed to check our confirmation information, showing that we had TWO different numbers. They did so, apologized for their error, and we all went to our respective rooms immediately. Later in our trip we returned for a one night stay, Everything was adequate.

Thought it was too far from the airport and when we had to a take taxi we got taken for an extra $15.00 Euros. When we went back to the airport the taxi driver was excellent and did everything possible to help us.

Great place, great location, great price, great staff,free parking, highly recommended.

Hotel was basic but pleasant, clean and was very acceptable as a base for our travels

For the price, the room was a great deal. We were very comfortable. The only difficulty was arriving on a Sunday with no reception open, but once we had the codes it worked well.

hotel room not ready till 3pm and is one hour bus ride from geneva , had i known i would not have booked, hotel much too far from the WORLD

The hotel is right by a road, so is noisey during the day- quiter at night. Room we had was small, but was clean and in good order. No kettle, so had to use sausepan to boil water . The room got hot and there was no airconditioning to cool it down. We got a balconay room, and had a great view of Mont Blanc and the Alps. Overall the hotel is great value for money and in a great location. Gex is a lovely, picturesque, wee town. Geneva airport is less than half an hour away.

Realy nice place, clean, friendly. A few very minor negatives: location on map is incorrect, so GPS sent us to the local school, shame no service before 3pm, but staff friendly and helpful. croissants a little stale, but rest of breakfast was great. highly recommended.

This place is somewhere between an apartment and a hotel. Reception service is only available for a few hours every day. The phone in my room did not work, but I may just have been unlucky.
