Great property. It is very unique. Staff were very friendly. Easy free parking on the site. Excellent breakfast. They have many complimentary drinks. Excellent hotel with a great price. From now on. this will be my hotel during my stay in Strasbourg.

We had a great time. Beautiful property, Le parc room are beautiful and all renovated. It was perfect place to stay, cleanliness is top of the line.

We stayed their to scout for a big event their for next year. But we was meet by a screming event manager so we pick not to use it at all. Sorry. Me more freindly and open minded in the future pleace.

Lovely place to stay near Strasbourg. We stayed one night after taking the Tram to and from Strasbourg. Easy drive to the chateau. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and the room was very clean and spacious. Great bathroom and the breakfast was very good. Wish we had more time to stay and walk around the park area.

The hotel buildings could use a little more attention. With relatively little effort, a much more neat impression could be gained visually. Especially in the court yard the drive way and outside.

Beautiful property, well appointed and specious room. Adequate on site parking, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The icing on the cake is the staff at reception. Incredibly helpful and Knowledgeable.

Everything was great. The staff was very courteous.

Beautiful castle. The room was spacious. Since it’s an old castle the walls are white thin, walking on the wooden floor can be noisy too, same for the pipes. The mattress is a bit hard as well. However the rooms of the castle are gorgeous, the staff is service-minded and the breakfast is good. The outdoor is also a relaxed environment.

The chateau was impressive sitting on a hectares of beautiful ground that’s accessible to the public. We have a puppy we us so it was ideal. We booked a park room that has a balcony, wooden flooring which we prefer over a carpeted ones , modern, tastefully decorated and big toilet/shower with balcony overlooking beautiful scenery. There’s only one thing that would make it perfect- bed & pillows are not that comfortable as we prefer a medium firmness. Staffs are professionals and friendly.

Beautiful venue. This hotel is great for couples wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, yet still close enough to Strassburg to enjoy the nightlife. Breakfast was typically European with meats, cheeses and sweets. Raw eggs were available to be boiled. Service was excellent and pleasant.

Outskirts of town transportation near but we had a car. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The hosts were great, giving information upon check n and a.nice greeting and chat at breakfast

Lovely staff, peaceful surroundings and comfy lounge with affordable self-serve beverages . Recommend renting a car if you need to get around.Fresh pastries and cheese at breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes around so come prepared.

Nice main bulding. We got a room in the "chalet", which is not so nice. Smells old.

Beautiful setting, quite historically impressive. Room chairs like desk chairs. Views, wonderful. Breakfast, fine. No elevator so be prepared to climb a lot of stairs with your luggage. Friendly staff. We took a taxi to town as we’re 75+ but walkers might not mind the walk to the train or bus stops.

We enjoyed our stay very much the staff were helpful & friendly, breakfast was fantastic good amount of choices. Our room (205)was a good size even being up on the top floor , very clean, great views of the estate park and best to walk around we recommend to make time for that . Best to request for the Châteaux as there is also a chalet on the grounds. As for dinner some have said that the restaurant before the entrance of the Chateaux was nice, unfortunately we did not experience this, there was a very young cook on the night we went and our food was not nice, the salmon we guess was from the supermarket, the steak was badly cooked & chips well over done to dark brown. The young waitress was nice her service was good. Even with our comments others are best to try for them selves, we were unlucky on the night.

The staff were outstanding, from the moment we walked into reception straight through to checkout. Great place to stay when you're visiting the Strasbourg area. We were in Europe for a month and this was the best overall stay we experienced.

Charming hotel. Beautiful place to take some time and walk around the grounds. There are plenty of locals who use the bike and walking paths.

Very nice hotel in great environment with a huge park around, the hotel is out of the city, therefore you need a car. there is no phone and no AC in the room and the breakfast is basic.
