Centrally located so it was an easy walk to major tourist areas.

Second time staying at Aqua Palace, we loved everything about our stay, we will always stay here when we come to Venice. Can’t fault it!!

Perfect location right in the heart of Venice so easy to explore all the famous sites on foot. We opted for canal view room and water taxi transfer right to the door - well worth the extra cost.

Staff was ok , gave us the first room on the first floor facing the street . Very noisy. They control the air so I had to open the windows , which made mosquitos come inside . Could not sleep . All traffic was in front of my room . Terrible !

Situated in a lovely location in Venice. Close to most things to see. The only thing with the hotel was , the AC wouldn't turn on but luckily we didn't need to use it too much.

Awesome service

I felt at home here with my son. Although they do the trash separation on the canal and it is noisy. Felt like we were part of the community. Double pained windows helped a lot. Great place.

Great location between the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco

Hotel Aqua Place is a very nice hotel with a high service level from the staff. It is located very central 3 min from the Marcus place and 3 min from the Rialto bridge. But in a silent relaxed area. It’s possible to sail with water taxi directly from Marco Polo airport to water entrance at the hotel. Gondola 10 meters from the front door. I can only recommend Aqua Palace.

This hotel has a canal entrance and large, beautiful rooms.

Luxury stay in the heart of Venice. Very professional excellent staff. Canal front room was superb with water views from all 3 windows. In a quiet section but just steps from main shopping and dining. Will definitely stay again when in Venice.

The staff is amazingly hospitable. We walked in late from our delayed train, tired and cold. They were quick, kind, informative and made us feel important and welcomed. We slept late and were about an hour late for check out. We were only called once and they watched our bags while we excluded the city. The hotel and bar are lushly decorated and beautifully designed. We will definitely return!

Excellent location, view from the room from noon to Early mornog is stunning, peaceful and glorious! Early morning the garbage boat parks right below our window, but we don’t care, it is part of the city life. The hotel is very well mantained, a great experience overall.

A beautiful, wel maintained hotel. Beautiful interior. Amazing location. At the heart of everything. Good enough breakfast for Italian standards (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon sausage options, a few cheese options, fresh fruits which we valued a lot!, yoghurt options, standard bread options (no gluten free bread or lactose free yoghurt), tomatoes, cucumbers…) Would highly recommend this hotel for everyone. We stayed at a suite on the first floor looking out to the canal- which was just amazing!

Great option in Venice, staff is very nice and helpful. Room feels a little bit old but I guess that is the idea, very good maintenance and bathroom is great. They have their own dock, very convenient if you use water taxi. Close to touristic places and dinning options.

Perfect location and extremely friendly staff. The bar in the hotel is a very nice place to have a drink and unwind. Rooms were very clean. One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, junior suite with fab canal view worth it. Welcome staff at reception extremely helpful. Only two things detract, on Saturday morning from 6am a boat collecting rubbish from nearby moors outside the hotel and it’s quite noisy. Second hotel should consider offering choice of eggs (E.g. poached or omelette) without wanting to charge more, that’s pretty normal for a 4-star hotel. But still deserves 5 stars as it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location!

I had wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable.

The rooms were large the bathroom was large. The bed was comfortable the staff were so friendly and helpful
