Great views and excellent location right opposite the beach.

Free parking is included! The staff was very nice, and the location is perfect for those who drive, with spacious parking available. The beach is just a 1-2 minute walk away. We could see the sunrise from our room, which was fantastic! Although the room is a bit dated, it is quite spacious and includes both a washing machine and dryer, which is a great convenience.

The tennis court and the Sauna were an extra bonus to having a hot spa and pool. Literally yards from across the road to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the BroadBeach or the surfers shopping and dining hubs. Very conveniently situated .

Had a wonderful stay, the management team were exceptional. Chris and the team did their best to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible Our apartment had fabulous views both across the hinterland and the ocean and we would stay again again anytime

Accomodation was in great location even though overpriced, would have actually returned at a discounted rate in future. However… left place in clean condition and even put towels on in washing machine like I do. Left 8am so nobody at desk. Put keys on box. 3 days later I had 2 transactions of 3 hundred dollars taken from my bank account. Flabbergasted I rang this hotel to question these transactions and was told 1). I broke a lamp worth and 2) I smoked in the room. I said these accusations were ludicrous,! I would have said if I had broken something. And I am a non smoker. Everything was in perfect condition. He said cleaners had said and I said that was absurd.. And why did he not ring to ask me? Then isn’t the bond for that reason? Why would you take 2 lots totalling three hundred dollars. Plus the bond. Who on Earth does this indecent behaviour to guests/customers? Totally disgusted!The cleaners have obviously caught the lamp cord with a vacuum as there is no way it could just fall off!! And the smoking accusation is completely lies! You All are despicable thieves!

The property was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The property is "fine". Older style, but clean and pleasant enough to relax in. The reception is only in operation from 9-5 6 days a week and not on public holidays which is fine, but means that if you have any issues after this time, there's no way of solving them. For example on our last night, a smoke alarm just outside my room started "chirping" at 8 pm on a public holiday and there was no way of stopping it, no spare battery etc. Every time it chirped, my nervous system woke up, so had more or less no sleep. When I told the staff, they sort of shrugged and offered no apology, just wrote it down as a thing to fix. I didn't want a discount or anything but they just didn't seem to care. Be aware that the property is brilliantly located for the beach, but a ten /fifteen minute walk to restaurants etc Pool area well maintained. Kitchen well equipped. Hot water plentiful. I would say overall the experience was fine, and for the cost, value for money.

Roomy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with amazing sea views. Great size balcony with table and chairs, plenty of comfy lounge room seating. Chose these because of views and safe swimming beach access. 10 min walk to large variety of cafes and restaurants. 2 min walk to art gallery cafe for coffee on way to the beach. On site parking. Friendly staff.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay for the week, really friendly helpful staff and its away out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers and yet so close you can walk there. Transport is basically at your front door, lime bike or bus and Tram it anywhere. The apartment we stayed in was really really nice, right on the beach with ocean views and contained everything you would ever need to make your home away from home a super comfortable one. We only found this place by luck after our cruise was cancelled and what a find its been for us and we are definitely going to be return customers to this hidden Oasis. Thanks Boulevard North for your excellent hospitality, will definitely see you again in the near future.

Ocean Front Apt. Great View across to the beach, great sitting and dining area. Easy access to beach and shops etc. Could have done with a ceiling fan or aircon in the 2nd bedroom and bathrooms are tiny (but are fine and functionable.) Apt had been renovated which was nice. Good for the price and a solid 4 star place.

Our apartment was tried. The appliances were cheap and some old. The pool was great. Mold on the curtains in the kids bedroom.

This is a great spot, only 10 minute dawdle to the heart of Broadbeach where you can find everything you need. Staff are fantastic & friendly. Needed a couple of little things & they were straight on it. Nothing was a problem.. Very comfy bed, had everything we needed in room, we had a two bedroom & plenty of place, beautiful view of the ocean & three balconies.. Great relaxing & quiet holiday. Thankyou North Boulevard.. 🙂

I realised on day 1 that this was not a hotel accommodation. The positives were, across the road from the beach, and the walking path running all the way along the Gold Coast. Apartment was outdated. There was accumulated dust behind the bathroom door. The fans in the bathroom and the laundry did not work. The leather couch was not properly cleaned, and it was really uncomfortable. The plastic furniture on the balcony nearly fell off one windy night. The fact that after the first supply, I had to buy my own coffee and sugar goes against everything that is Australian. And I never before had to go to the basement to deposit the rubbish. Two weeks prior we were in a cabin, inside a camping site, on the beach, and we had the comforts of a hotel.

Love the location, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the crowds & noise

Beautiful location at Broadbeach with ocean views. Lovely to walk along the esplanade. The apartment was clean and well maintained, good soundproofing of windows. Check-in and check-out was easy. Would highly recommend for a short or longer stay.

On the beach with great sea views. Walkable to local eateries & shops. Good size apartment, with kitchenette & laundry if required. Have stayed before, & would stay again.

A wonderful view sea across the road! Fun restaurants nearby would go again happily. Lovely pool

Close to everything, central to everything along the coast, beautiful beach view and lovely clean apartment. I will most definitely stay there again!

away from the main tourist and traffic areas of Broadbeach, yet close enough to dining options to walk, and across the street from the beach. Boulevard North is a nice property in a great location for what we enjoy doing, will definitely stay there again.
