the place is dirty in general, AC would not work. I would not recommend staying here.

In the past years it used to be a nice property but nowadays the hotel seems outdated, the furniture looks muddy and it smells bad. The breakfast was very limited and the food wasnt tasty at all. I would seriously consider another stay there!

This hotel could be a great one only if the hotel general manager and stuff follow their own rules ! Like they allowed smoking on the restricted areas and they have racial preferences with riches, I complained to the manager and general manager Juan Carlos and they missed treated me and make feel very uncomfortable, unsupported by the management, if you are not executive, you are not allowed on 5 floor , they do not respect their own rules , anyone smoke anywhere ,Mr Juan Carlos told me that I wasn’t paying enough $$$ to be on the 5 floor! They have no restrictions on their policies or brochures, they advertised food they don’t served,the whole place needs updated, the smoking floors filtered with the non smoking floors, laundry needs update, they advertised and they advertised and promise 100 percent sastifaction guaranteed but is false promise and advertising, misleading to customers

Good hotel, nice breakfast, comfortable room, large basketball court and small but nice pool. The only downside was our room had just a fixed window.

We liked the room because there are 3 beds. Front desk staff are all very nice except 1 lady.

Great stay only complaint awful high charge for 2 dogs, 900 pesos which is about double everywhere else. Hotel was clean and comy loved the beds. Great shower nice pool we were recharged the next day to continue our road trip.

Every Detail was perfect! The front desk was warm and welcoming as were all the other employees. The accommodations had everything needed to make for a comfortable, extended stay. Kitchen and even a dish washer. The inroom safe was very easy to use and the entire level of security was excellent.
The location is wonderful as we were in Queretaro to shop and furnish for a renovation in San Miguel de Allende and the malls, major design and floor/bath/ kitchen stores were within several kilometers. Excellent place to stay to shop for Buen Fin sales! We will definitely be repeat guests!

This is the third time I stay in this property, it's always nice, clean and friendly, it offers the perfect spot to work as they have this great WiFi service across the property.

It is located close to Antea shopping center.
I took my dog and the hotel was very kindly to receive mascot.
We enjoyed our stay.

I'd give the hotel a higher rating if it were closer to the airport or Queretaro. As it is, it's neither here nor there. The free dinner was not worth eating; I left too early for breakfast, so I don't know what was offered. The pillows were much too firm for me. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was spotless and in good order.

We had a bad experience at check in, but Jimena (front desk supervisor) fixed everything next day. After this issue everything was really good. Costumer service from front desk staff was awesome. We highly recommend this hotel. Location was great and breakfast was good too.
