Refrigerator and water-bottles in the room is all thats missing ! Otherwise BRILLIANT,

I had a room with a terrace. It overlooked an alley so there wasnt a nice view but, it was convenient for me because I smoke. There were fireworks that night and I could see half of them. Half were blocked by a building. The room and bathroom were renovated and modern but there werent any amenities such as a coffee maker. Only one small picture on the wall. Bed was alright. Only 2 flat pillows. Staff was friendly. Location is great!!! Right around the corner from the train/bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach and casino. The only negative thing about my stay was the wifi. I kept losing the connection and there was a period of more than an hour when I couldnt get on. It was very frustrating.

The location was perfect. Reception staff extremely friendly. Had a problem trying to set the safe in the room and staff were very helpful. Room was disappointing, quite dated. Juliet balcony with poor view of just the side of a building. Bathroom was tiny. Very modern tiles and look, but way too small. Sink was nice but too large because of size of the room. I had to sit on toilet at an angle because my knees wouldnt fit because the size of the sink. Shower was weirdly located in bathroom in a corner. Hard to explain but u had a small gap to enter. The shower head didnt run properly. It didnt shower you as lots of little jets it actually all seemed to run to one side of the shower head and run down as a pool. Possibly the shower head had limescale or something similar and that is why. Overall location brillant, staff excellent, room disappointing

Very unprofessional staff. The room was very basic. 4 walls and a small Tv. The breakfast was unappealing.

Good value for money. Good location. The room was very clean and the bathroom and bed of very good quality. The cleanliness IN the room was first rate BUT they never cleaned the balcony and with guests above using our balcony as their ashtray for their cigarette buts, it was pretty disgusting (and a fire hazard). The staff was french in their approach to customer service.

Great value hotel ideally located very close to the Rail and Bus Stations. Around 150m from the promenade with lots of bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. An older property which has been nicely re-furbished.

Amazing hotel! Close to everything, clean, and good price. Renovated washroom with a beautiful and new rain shower. Good stay for sure!

Nice spot to stay in the heart of St-Raphael.Room is on the small side but very clean and comfortable.

Was very closed to the beach and the train station. Room was very clean , breakfast was ok, and staff friendly.

We hopped of the TVG and the hotel was across the road. The receptionist allowed us to leave our bags so that we could look around while our rooms were prepared.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Le 21 Hotel. The staff was fantastic, the room was recently updated, the location (across from the train station, with a fantastic bakery next to it!) was fantastic and the breakfast was good (croissants, meat, cheese, baguette, fruit salad (with some fresh fruit), yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice). We used St Raphael and Le 21 Hotel as our home base for our day trip to St Tropez. We checked in, took a bus to St Tropez for the day, then returned to our hotel in the evening, went for a walk along the water front and went to a great Creperie along the port. St Raphael is a nice small place to stay when adventuring out for day trips to other communities.
