Expedia should never recommend this poor service hotel, dirty and lacking the minimum clean elements like soap snd shampoo in the room to the point I had to go to closest pharmacy to buy myself these minimum elements

The hotel and service is excellent. However, their restaurant is deplorable. Ive already provided many feedback and nothing changes. Food is expensive, amount is little and quality could be better. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful and its perfectly located.

I always stay at the Quality in Vitoria when I travel there for work. It is close to the airport, an easy couple of blocks walk to the beach, very reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Rooms are pretty basic, nothing fancy but good for the price.

The Hotel is clean. It's close to the airport. The staff here is very friendly, there are only a few members of the staff that speak English so if you don't know Portuguese or at least Spanish you may have a problem understanding. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that there is only one restaurant in this Hotel, and no restaurants worth visiting within walking distance. So if you are a picky eater come prepared with snacks. The Hotel has free WiFi which at times gives a bit of a problem with the connection but overall you are still able to log on and conduct business as needed. There is complimentary breakfast, which again I did not enjoy, but that's only because I don't eat pork, and powdered eggs. You can order regular eggs, but because of the language barrier I wasn't able to communicate effectively what I wanted. I would recommend this to a friend because it is clean and cost effective.
