Cleaned room to late

I had a standard king room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It was clean. The only thing I would change is to add a chair because there was nothing to sit on besides the bed.

Close to 5th Ave Right infront of Night Club, noise until 3am

It’s a nice location if you want to be close to 5th ave. Rooftop pool is nice. Electrical problem with the air conditioner in our room. Fully understandable however all attempts to have someone look at it were ignored. I just stopped, staff wanted nothing to do with it Also, elevator was down, again understandable but there seemed to be no attempt to service it.

In the heart of 5th Avenue, yet quiet. Clean property.

Perfect location. Close to beach and the strip also very closer to local market for breakfast. Overall a very nice stay.

Everything was great

Prime location but service needs LOTS of improvement. We reserved a suite which did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. Room had no toilet paper. We had to WALK over to front desk THREE TIMES to make request in person. This hotel has lots of potential to become a 4 star hotel but front desk staff need to be replaced with someone much more hospitable and courteous! And overall service needs lots of improvement!

Pretty well located; however, the only problem was the noise... it's not too bad after a while as you get used to it. But that's compensated by the friendliness of the staff :-)

Can’t beat it for the price if your solo…. For a couple, I’d move up the street for a nicer overall experience

The location is ideal for visiting Playa. Very close to everything on 5th ave. You can hang out and stop by the room at any moment which was convenient. The elevator was broken during my stay in July so that was very upsetting cause it was soooo hot and also they don't have ice or even provide ice to their guests. They charge you each tine you want a small cup of ice and you have to walk to the rooftopfor it. The room and property itself is beautiful though. Plenty of places for good pictures

Great experince and great atmosphere

We loved the location for convenient access to 5th Avenue shopping and the beach. Check in and check out was easy and we had a peaceful stay. Our room was extremely well air conditioned and housekeeping did a great job - they even washed our dishes which was unexpected. We appreciated the security guard always there and felt very safe as a family with 2 adults and 2 children. We really enjoyed all the foliage throughout. Cons: Water for showers only gets warm, not hot, and you run out of warm water quickly. The rooftop pool is beautiful but filled with dead bugs - I even asked the guy working if they could give me a net so I could scoop the bugs out and they said they'd have to check and instead of doing anything they sat down and looked at their phone for the entire 2 hours my family was up there - nobody ever followed up. I wouldn't mention it if it was just a few bugs but it was a significant amount for our entire week's stay - despite this fact we still enjoyed a lot of time up at the pool.

It was at a great location however, the AC did not work properly which made the room feel very muggy and warm. Also, was not a fan of the sink. Every time I opened the faucet, water splashed everywhere. The staff was there but were very indifferent whenever we came by the lobby. The couch was very dirty and stained. The overall room was spacious and had a full fridge, microwave, sink, and electric stove top. It also included cooking pans, mugs, and plates.

Always like staying here because of the area! The pool is nice and the staff is friendly. It’s my second time and I’ll return.

Very Nice pool area with a good restaurant

For the price we can ask for more, the rooms are really nice, spacious and the bed comfortable!!! I enter the hotel the other day of the huracán berly and their accommodate me before checking time!! That was nice!!

Great location, stores around property cost too much to shop and eat.

Elevator didn’t work. Place needs major renovations bad smell and pool area a disaster. This is not a 4star hotel more like a1.5 star

Great place but had some issues with communication with staff. Most other places in Mexico I’ve stayed at have staff that can speak better English. However the ones that did speak English helped others when possible

The Hotel its really close to the small plaza and the main avenue. The parking its kinda tricky to find.
