Good receptionist but without information exchange. Had to move to another room the next days, which was guaranteed that is not necessary. A lot of urge and sweat at the last min.

Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished.
Good underground parking.
Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

A few bumps on the road at check in, but the attentiveness of the staff smoothed things nicely. The decor is unusual and makes a nice change

Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

We got back to the hotel late at night after a busy day to find our room locked. Staff said I had only booked for 4 nights so they had to lock. I showed my 5 nights reservation and the door was unlocked. Just to find our room that had not been clean. Very stressful situation. We asked for clean towels. Mistakes like this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Asked for a drink and they had already closed the bar? At 9:00 pm?. Will not stay there again.

This hotel is calm, although it is located in the center of the famous beach, Ponta Negra. The breakfast is nice. The furniture is classic. The staffs are kind and helpful. I will stay at the hotel at the next time also.

Precisa melhorar na questão de café da manhã . Colocar bolo de chocolate e não pequenos pedaços de bolo, Danone , ovos também estava faltando no último dia de hospedagem . A questão da limpeza , sai diversas vezes e quando voltava o quarto não estava arrumado . Estrutura excelente . E atendimento nota 10 . Voltaria mais vezes

I loved everything about the hotel except...
1. wifi issues that were never resolved.
2. The drainage in the shower and sink were terrible. Apparently they do this on purpose so you don't waste water. But it was brutal. Five minutes into the shower and the water was ankle deep and overflowing.
3. They nickel and dime you. Pool towels come at a charge of 5 reais. I think that's ridiculous. It's their pool. Just give me a towel to use.
4. The pool is teeny.
5. It's further from the beach than I would've liked.

I had an excellent stay. Arrived at midnight and the reception desk was open. The receptionist spoke English all very helpful.
The room was lovely, and very clean. The air on worked well.
Breakfast was amazing.
Overall, could not fault the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed our stay here. It's difficult to compare it since we have only stayed at this place in Natal. Some pros and cons listed below. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one. If you go to Natal, make sure you either change your money to local currency in advance or find a place (Banco de Brasil) to use your debit card. Most ATM machines (will not accept your Visa or MasterCard debit card).

I don't know about other hotels in Natal, but there really is no comparison between this and a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. The price is very reasonable, everything about this hotel, except maybe the location, is great. The wifi was spotty, now that I think about it, but I was able to use Skype to call home most days. The neighborhood isn't bad, or anything, but it is a good walk from the beach. There is a neat market nearby, and a restaurant across the street and down a block with some great shrimp dishes.

Don't stay here. Hotel is old and rooms are tiny. Windows are not sound proof and you can hear the whole city till the early morning hours

As a business hotel is this slightly above average. Good wifi (when it works - which is 50-60% of the time). Good breakfast. And friendly staff.

As a world traveler, this has been by far the Best Western I have ever stayed...bar none! The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were perfect, and you must dine in the restaurant, the Chef, the food, and the presentation at delivery was fabulous and very delicious!
The staff from the Front Desk, to the dining, cleaning, and just simple helpfulness was stupendous. Though I generally do not stay
at a Best, I will make the effort to view or stay at an available one when I am capable. Whenever I am in Natal or the neighboring cities, I will for sure stay here...

This is a new hotel and it is in a great condition. we had problem with the internet the first night, but they fixed next morning...perhaps it took a little longer to fix that i would have like.
