Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen.

Das Personal beim Frühstück hat sich lautstark an der Durchgangstüre zum Speisesaal privat unterhalten. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Die Abtrennung zum Duschen an der Badewanne war so schmal, dass der Badezimmerboden inkl. der Toilette mit WC-Papierhalter patschnass wurde. Ausserdem war die Duschabtrennung unten am Rand eklig verschimmelt (siehe Bild). Das Waschbacken war so winzig, dass ringsrum alles nass wurde. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und roch nach Küche. Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Hotel.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage, nahe zur Innenstadt und Bahnhof war sehr gut. Die Preise waren in Ordnung.

Die Einrichtung war zwar alt, aber funktionsfähig. Es war sauber.

Non Insonorizzata mancava una porta per chiudere la stanza ed evitare rumori dal corridoio.. poi c'era una porta chiusa comunicante con un'altra stanza che gente ha tentato di aprire a notte fonda...personale gentile e disponibile..colazione buona

Super Lage in Bahnhofsnähe für Bahnreisende. Rund um die Uhr Besetzung der Rezeption gerade in der Gegend sehr angenehm. Gutes Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettes Personal.

God morgenmad med pænt udvalg i buffeten. Man kunne side både inde og udenfor. Hotellet ligger godt, idet det ligger tæt på hovedbanegården og ikke langt fra den gamle bydel. Der hørtet intet støj fra værelset.

Jeg savnede en el-kedel med kaffe- og tebreve på værelset.

Единственный плюс этой гостиницы - расположение. Все.

Завтрак - только холодное. Хлеб, мясная нарезка, сыр, несколько видов овощей, йогурт, хлопья. Не думаю, что за 430 евро в сутки это хороший завтрак. Горячее есть, но только в 7 утра. В 8.30 нет уже ни сосисок, ни омлета. В номере старая ужасная мебель! Не все лампочки горят, в ванной плесень. Места нет на столько, что кроме зубной щетки вы больше ничего не можете положить. Даже нет места для крючка под полотенце! В 6.30 утра под окнами разгружался час грузовик с заведенным мотором. Окна грязные. Двери в шкаф не закрываются и оттуда все время светит свет, который нельзя выключить. Туалет от комнаты отделяет стеклянная дверь.

It’s value for money

Wasn’t expecting much due to the cheap price but was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and cosy with great balcony. Breakfast was nice and the courtyard was a perfect spot to enjoy it. Location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the main train station. Staff were helpful and friendly. Amazing value for money and definitely recommend!

The buffet breakfast was good, and the room came equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for our one night stay and very easily accessible to the train station. It's a nice stroll to the historic area of Munich (15 min).

The check-in time is apparently wrong on booking (it says 00:00, but it is actually 23h). Thankfully the receptionist waited until we arrived at 23:40h. If you're going to arrive later, I'd recommend calling ahead to double check their hours. Otherwise-the only downside is the wifi connection is very poor.

the wifi

It has really great location at the city center. You can reach anything by foot in 10 minutes. Also the stuff was very helpful, they helped a lot and were very kind. I also liked the breakfast, it was quite decent one. Also liked that a single bed is quite big, so you don’t necessarily need to stay in double room.

The furniture was a little bit worn out, and the toilet facilities had the stains of the limescale, I think hotel must take care even about this kind of things, because it ruins all the picture. Also didn’t like that there was no electric teapot in the room and no cups:) Also there was no phone inside to contact reception, so basically if you need something you must go there.

The hotel is situated in the city centre and all the main city atractions are not far away, easily reached by foot. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is rich and good value for money. The younger male receptionist is extremely helpful and he is a great host. He gave us all the right information and was ready to go above and beyond. Big thumbs up for him!

The young female receptionist is unprofessional, does not keep her word and has an attitude. She is not suited for the job. Unfortunatelly, she is a big minus for the hotel.
