What an amazing hotel - you will not be disappointed. Fantastic decor throughout, very friendly staff and lots to explore in the hotel. From the gifts in the room to the amazing freshly cooked breakfast, this place continued to surprise me up to the last second

Fantastic property in the southern part of the city. Close to many shops and historic centers. You can walk easily to any attraction from this hotel. It offers an onsite perfume lab and shop. You can reload your fragrances for home whilst you relax and recharge in this beautiful property.
Traveled with my wife and son. We all enjoyed the property and my son enjoyed feeding the squirrels in the garden.

Superb room, excellent staff service and tasty breakfast. Love the interiors, smell and relaxed ambience in the hotel as a whole. Broken flush button on toilet made it unusable for an evening which was inconvenient. Im sure staff would have fixed within time.

The hotel was wonderful however our room was so hot even with the heat turned off that it was difficult to sleep. The hotel needs to have both air conditioning and heat available for guests.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It is an old perfume factory and they have perfume scents around the hotel (subtle) and then they sell perfume. It is absolutely gorgeous (e.g., rooms, lobby, outside areas, library), with beautiful art and layout. The daily breakfasts were tasty and the service throughout the hotel was incredible. For those worried about the walking distance to the city center, we actually loved that because the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the people and we enjoyed the walk each day. I would go back. Stunning.

Absolutely lovely stay in Milan. The building was modern and smelled divine. We were greeted by courteous, professional staff whom offered wonderful local recommendations and transportation guidance. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, hand written note, and macaroons. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and bars along the canal. Delicious breakfast and gorgeous outdoor dining areas. Definitely my favorite hotel in Italy! 10/10 recommend.

The reviews on the hotel must be fake. This is the worst and most fraudulent hotel I have ever stayed at. They had non functional toilets, no water for the room, ONE person working the entire lobby. I have no idea how they are accredited as a “five” star hotel. Please do yourself a favor and steer away from this disastrous hotel. The location is dangerous, the staff is almost non existent and disrespectful when are, and the list goes on and on.

Amazing boutique hotel! Excellent value for the nightly rate. It felt very clean - cleaning staff did a great job. Each room had a different scent and our room (206) smelled divine! It was a bit strong at night having the incense sticks right by the bed, so I moved across the room which helped a ton. Definitely check out the roof for happy hour if you can. Lovely up there and they make great cocktails. If we had more time, I would have also loved to visit the on-site restaurant.

This is a magnificent hotel. The staff, very professional and helpful and will respond in a timely manner. The breakfast is Five Star, for food and presentation. The staff makes everyone feel like a VIP. From Canada to Milan. I will definitely do this trip again and I will be staying at this hotel. Thank you for making me feel at home.

The hotel is amazing, the building is very nice and the staff is great. Also the parfumes around are really cozy and the chance to smell different fragrances home made is cool and amusing. We had issues with a fan of the a/c that has not been solved even contacting the reception and with the noise of the music of the neighbour pub that. went beyond 2am and was noisy. Even the feedback to my complain at the reception "you may be more lucky with the room next time" didn't pleased me much..

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was fabulous. everything about it. I absolutely loved it. The first thing to impress me was how immaculate it is. The bathroom was huge. I had one of my best meals in the hotel. Dinner was outstanding as was the included breakfast every day. The hotel staff outstanding as well. I cant wait to go back and highly recommend this hotel.
