A great hotel in a great location! Everything was wonderful at this hotel! We brought our bicycles and it is right on the river trail.

Excellent room. Very clean and spacious.

If you have neck or back issues, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable and the shower in the room we had leaked a pool of water out onto the tile floor every time you took a shower, we let the front desk know. Other than that the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Everything about the hotel was good and location was great on the river. Also very close to the The Cheescake Factory restaurant. Only issue was I booked because of the Terrace which was closed due to a Wedding. It would have been nice to know before booking.

We had several guests for a nearby wedding. We enjoyed meeting on the beautiful patio for after dinner drinks and viewing the river and city lights.

We were given a room directly next to the terrace where a private event was happening. We could hear everything that was going on and the bass from the DJ vibrated things in the room.

Very pleasant stay! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Dirty , noisy and dangerous place - stay away !!! Shame shame shame Hyatt

I traveled with my 4 year old granddaughter. Hotel was very safe and very clean. Only complaint about the room was my granddaughter slept on the sofa bed. It was fine for a child but an adult would have been miserable. Parking under the building is convenient but the website did not tell you it was $20 a night.

The last night of our stay, the room key did not open the door and it took more than three hours to get the problem solve. Even they weren’t unable to open the door until the hotel Engineer arrive to the property, 3 hours after. In the meantime, one employee named Julien was as rude as possible with us, doing almost nothing to assist us with the problem. We will never come back to this place. During my 3 days stay, they never clean the room, change the towels, we even were almost out of toilet paper.

Hotel patio and terrace where booked for wedding for 3 days we stayed, very annoying as a fully paying guest this facility was not available.

Property could have been a little more cleaner

This hotel is in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy parking for $20/day. Breakfast could use some help but it is free so it works for a quick bite. Our 3rd time there so obviously it works for us for a weekend bringing the kids back to college. About 10 minutes to downtown.

Bed sheet had red blood stains which I felt gross

My only negative is that the shower leaks onto the floor. Otherwise, the place is lovely.

Location was great.

Cleaning crew needs to clean the room there was some questionable stains on the couch. Room had weird smell. They didn't do room service we asked the front desk for towel we never got them had to call down again.

Not enough closet space. Our room had a kitchen. Housekeeping needs to check the supplies. There was only 1 coffee cup and one fork. Since housekeeping is not provided daily, we had to go to the front desk for more coffee and toilet paper. I understand bed and towels but maybe supplies could be restocked daily.

Stay was great, room was great. Service at check-in was horrible. High incidental charge. High parking cost, cheaper at garage across the street.

Don't beleive what you see in pictures. They have a nice courtyard with seats to eat breakfast and sit out (in pictures), but all summer it is set up for weddings, so you can't really go out there. Also be prepared for the music to be so loud in your room from the weddings, plan on being up until at least 10 or after if it is a weekend in the summer. Then you pay $20 for parking reservation and they say you can come and go, but we went and came back and there was no parking even though we reserved parking, so we had to park down the street at another garage. Also in pictures they show someone making omlettes for breakfast, the station was there but nobody was making omlettes, just the standard breakfast you can get at any place that says breakfast included, mystery sausage, powdered eggs, pancakes and waffles you probably could have broke a window with. I complained online, they said a manager would talk to me, that never happened. So for almost $500 for 2 nights you can find a better spot in Pittsburgh for sure.

I never received back my $200 you had to put on "hold" but actually charged my card and its been almost a week
