Great room comfy bed and T and Coffee making facilities

Reception ladies are very friendly and location is prime. However, the room lights are very dark and the floor inside the room seems not flat. So when you walk around, it makes you feel dizzy. Also no lift in the hotel so it's quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location, useful reserved parking (in the village it's a nightmare to park around). Some rooms are outside the hotel, in front, not ideal but OK. Wifi was awful, slower than roaming

Super nice staff and great welcome. Very nice garden with spa for free. The room was very small but it was great value for money. The room decoration is Golden age inspired. The breakfast was over the top good.

La Villa 10 is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit Etretat and the beautiful cliffs. This is an older building, however, it is in such wonderful condition! It is also located a short 3 minute walk from the cliffs, so super convenient. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby, so there's plenty to do. We opted for the double bed and it was quite comfortable. We had an upstairs room and the only downside to that is that we had to walk up a very narrow set of stairs with our luggage. We received a complementary steam sauna and it was such a treat! The staff were so nice and helpful, answering all of our questions about the hotel, the area, you name it! They all deserve praise. Breakfast... Oh My Gosh!! YUM!!! Eggs, bread, croissants, pastries, yogurt, muesli, coffee, tea, and on and on... It was delicious! All of it!! 10/10 would recommend!

The room was very small with a double bed. We asked for a larger bed but was not available. The wi-fi was not available most of the time. This was very inconvenient.

Great location with parking, convenient to walk down to the beach and restaurants. Large comfortable room. Really enjoyed our time in Etretat.

Un séjour fantastique, une chambre propre et confortable. Le personnel est charmant, souriant et très agréable. L'hydrothérapie, c'est vraiment le petit plus qui permet de se décontracté pour passer un weekend exceptionnel.

Super sejour. Tout se fait à pied depuis la villa10. Le sauna / hamam ( privatisė sur rdv en cette période) en rentrant de randonnées sur les falaises est un vrai plus !

Tres bon séjour a Etretat Villa 10 avec des personnes au petits soins.Un seul moins:escalier un peu raides.;mais on suppose que ce n'est pas modifiable sans toucher au charme de l'hotel

Superbe séjour à La Villa 10. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche du bord de mer et de la falaise Amont. L'accueil a été très agréable et les attentions de nos hôtes nous ont beaucoup touchés. C'est une excellente adresse sur Etretat, nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation pour essayé le SPA.

The hotel and location were ideal. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment. The only issue is that we felt the room a bit on the small side, with no room for beside cabinets. Minor I know but that is only issue with the hotel.

Short walk to the beach and retail, easy parking, charming old house, reception friendly. Thought bed could have been more comfortable but not too dramatic. Would stay again.

Great place for a night or two in Etretat. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the cliffs. Nicely decorated room, clean, modern bathroom and adorable courtyard.

A newly renovated room (you can still smell the paint...). There is no WIFI! However the location is quite good. 5 mins away from the beach

Completely renovated hotel. It's called Village 10 now. Rooms not as spacious as you might think but overall good value for money on this expensive tourist area

The hotel is recently refurbished and very beautiful. The service was great: knowing that we would arrive very late they called to see if we would like breakfast in the morning. I can wholeheartedly recommend La Villa 10.

Parking is 12€ extra, toilet was not clean (reaked of piss) but rooms were nice. Breakfast is another 12€ and is good as well.

In close proximity to the bus station and the beach, this hotel is quiet , clean room with good bathroom and reasonable price. A big bed but rather cramped for two big suitcases. We needed to move the bed and desk for the suitcases. It would be better if there was a kettle for boiling water to brew tea and coffee. Just around the corner, there are lots of shops and 5-min walk to the beach and the stunning cliffs. The only demerit was the lack of a lift. We needed to carry our 20-kilo suitcases up to the 2nd floor together! What a nightmare! Overall, still a good stay and recommended.
