The hotel is amazing, located at an old building with lots of areas and rooms.

The staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for accessibility to the center of everything. The restaurants were also a plus for convenience and views. As for the room, whew! It felt like it was created as an afterthought. The photos did not coincide with what I thought I was paying for. The bathroom was a mismatch of ideas that did not include common sense. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the hotel for you but they supplied free earplugs. They were a necessity.

Wonderful hotel with great views towards el centro y catedral Santa Prisca. Amazing restaurant La Hacienda with excellent service. Food was delicious. 10/10

I like this place BUT I wished it had air conditioning. Unfortunately very little breeze at night and during the day it was pretty hot and uncomfortable. Also be prepared-no elevator.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was great. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was excellent and we didn’t bother to go anywhere else because of that. The food is creative and delicious. I guess my only tiny Negative would be the fact that there is no AC in the room and I would think in the heat of summer it would be difficult. There is a tower fan in the room and we had both windows open. At the end of May it was fine. It is in the mountains so that may make a difference even in July and August. Also, the pool could’ve been just a little bit cleaner although it wasn’t bad. Don’t Miss the rooftop terrace where There is a full bar and restaurant service, and the menu is completely different from downstairs. It was very creative also! It was a really fun place to sit, hang out, and have some drinks, because the view is beautiful. The menu looked really great! We were sad we didn’t have time for another meal! Again, staff is top-notch. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay here again!

Right by the cathedral of Santa Prisca, a novel twist to Mexican food and their own creations at the restaurant. The most helpful staff. Oh, and the views from the rooms and the terrace.

The smell in the room from the sewer was unbearable..bed was extremely uncomfortable and small. It was not what i was expecting for what i paid.

80 percent of the staff was very nice but others don’t even smile when they pass u by . The hotel was very nice , massage very good , cocktails made delicious but the only thing was the bed very hard .

The hotel looks very good and the staff"s attention is unbeatable, but the room I had so small and the bathroom much smaller, there was no chair and much less a table< you can even prepare tea or coffee, there is not refrigerator or a glass for water, very disappointed.

My only dislike was. They had parties every night till 1:30 AM and there is no sound barrier. So, we had to wait till 2 AM to fall asleep. Other than that great place.

Staff was super nice and friendly. They were very helpful and everything around the hotel was super close and a lot of shops nearby.

I like this hotel because it is nice en clean,staff nice and friendly, but would be better if ut would have elevators or at least ramps,.and something else they never brought three towels to my room,and they know we were three people in the room,obviously we paid for three.

Loved that it is in the main square, views, terraces, and how accommodating and friendly the staff is.

PROS: Beautiful inside courtyard (w noisy birds in courtyard trees at dawn) & terraces. Scenic & convenient location, convenience store nearby, Zocalo & cathedral across the street. Tiny but charming room. CONS: 1)Very noisy room facing exterior & rooftops. Drumming & clarinets from nearby bars played until 1am. Could hear even with closed windows & earplugs. 2) no air conditioning (for hot humid nights) available 3) not accessible, no elevator—too many stairs. Did not accommodate when I asked for lowest (1st fl. ) level quiet room.

Room did not look like photos…. Very small shower, mattress were not comfortable, rooms is outdated. Excelent location 👍
