This Hotel and Casino was very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay there again in future. Awesome experience.

Room was clean, bed comfortable! The only complaint is the video poker at the bar is in the smoking section, however, we won some money and had a great time. We ate at the sports book, food was good. Take out from the asian restaurant was not the best and overpriced.

We unexpectedly found ourselves in Baton Rouge for the evening and we were able to find a room at a great rate, staff was accommodating, casino and restaurants were clean and all staff was friendly! Room had a view of the Mississippi River and the bathrooms were large and that’s great for my 6’2” fiancé! The shower head allowed him to have water actually pour on his head and the mirror had a built in TV feature that was nice while I got ready and did my makeup. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked great! Well stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Baton Rouge!

I was a little disappointed that the hotel room did not have a small refrigerator or microwave. In a double room it only had one robe. You could hear the neighboring rooms. There were no places to eat after 11pm.

All was great. Even staying on 2nd floor, by the entry door, it remained quiet. The food at the sports bar is FANTASTIC!!! Really enjoyed the menu for breakfast and dinner.

Staff was wonderful on arrival, very helpful would definitely recommend Hotel. Dining is decent not extraordinary, sports bar. Staff was slow. Food was good and bad. Would like to see one or two more restaurants in the casino area for a variety of food. Other than that stay was fantastic

I loved the fact of elevator not taking you up to rooms without a room key. That made me feel safe. I didn’t like the fact that we heard a loud whistling noise coming from the vent in our room all night.

I picked this property because I am a female traveling alone with my daughter. I don’t even gamble, but I knew (and was right) that there would be great parking, lots of lighting, lots of cameras & secure access to our rooms. The elevators have key activated floors. Even tho I was bringing my kid-I knew that the restaurants & pool don’t allow kids -but she was at a day camp so that didn’t matter to me. I notice ppl are upset over this-but they didn’t read the info on the hotel apparently. The room was beautiful, we got a riverside view. The bed was super hard-I had to lay on pillows. The water was nice & got really hot. Brand new fully renovated bathrooms. The carpet was frayed at the end where it connected to the wood floor like it was missing a strip or connection or something. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Needed an icebox and microwave. And for those reasons, I won't be booking here again.
