We enjoyed our stay & had fun at the casino.

The check in and check out procedures were very efficient. All the staff were helpful. I will definitely stay again.

Stayed for pool and casino- great hotel but not located near anything. Front desk could have been friendlier.

Would have been better if I didn’t feel so bad. Thought they would have had more choices to eat. Didn’t want a big buffet so late. Sportman grill had a 35 minute wait or could have sat in the other section so I ask it all the chairs were high and he said yes. With my back hurting would never been able to get down. So we settled for PJ’s. Had cold sandwiches which they toasted, was better than we thought. Also ate there for breakfast the next morning.

This Hotel and Casino was very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay there again in future. Awesome experience.

I loved the view and the rooftop pool and bar. The room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave to say it cost more

I liked that the casino is separated from the hotel via a catwalk crossing which helps with keeping the rooms quiet. The bed and pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable and the room darkening curtains are top notch for keeping light out. Great experience!

Very cooperative w our check in (we ended up being late due to heavy traffic).

Room was clean, bed comfortable! The only complaint is the video poker at the bar is in the smoking section, however, we won some money and had a great time. We ate at the sports book, food was good. Take out from the asian restaurant was not the best and overpriced.

Great get a way for entertainment and relaxation.

We unexpectedly found ourselves in Baton Rouge for the evening and we were able to find a room at a great rate, staff was accommodating, casino and restaurants were clean and all staff was friendly! Room had a view of the Mississippi River and the bathrooms were large and that’s great for my 6’2” fiancé! The shower head allowed him to have water actually pour on his head and the mirror had a built in TV feature that was nice while I got ready and did my makeup. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked great! Well stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Baton Rouge!

We have canceled our stay and we were notified by hotel.com. our charges will be credited. Haven't seen anything yet

I was a little disappointed that the hotel room did not have a small refrigerator or microwave. In a double room it only had one robe. You could hear the neighboring rooms. There were no places to eat after 11pm.

beautiful property. Hotel is nice. Very limited pool hours. Casino is not well managed. No one waiting on customers. Games were boring.

All was great. Even staying on 2nd floor, by the entry door, it remained quiet. The food at the sports bar is FANTASTIC!!! Really enjoyed the menu for breakfast and dinner.

Staff was wonderful on arrival, very helpful would definitely recommend Hotel. Dining is decent not extraordinary, sports bar. Staff was slow. Food was good and bad. Would like to see one or two more restaurants in the casino area for a variety of food. Other than that stay was fantastic
