Asked for plunger and didn’t come for 45 mins. Didn’t come at all. Ended up having to go down and use lobby bathroom. Dirty rooms.

Very beautiful area. Hotel was alright... they were doing upgrades while we were there so I'm sure the damages we saw are soon to be fixed. Breakfast was decent.

Room was great. Breakfast could be better. The coffee between the different carafes was crazily inconsistent on Monday morning; one had actual coffee, while two had barely stained hot water. Also on Monday, the breakfast kitchen was half cleaned up at 9:10am, 20 minutes before closing time while the lead cook walked around and socialized with staff.

This place was average but nice, not the cleanest hotel and the staff could use some more training on hospitality & being more friendly towards guests. Very beautiful views on the exterior of property.

Check in on the Sunday.
Arrived early (about 12) and we knew we did but got a rude reception from lady at the reception (blonde hair lady). Returned about 2pm to get another rude reception but room was ready.
We were here for 4 nights and room only serviced once which I thought was strange.
Construction work being done in the hallways and smell left in hallway and rooms.
We will be back in salt lake numerous times over the next 3 yrs and not sure if I will give this Hyatt place another try.

We were upgraded to a mini suite from a standard single king bed. It was great, comfy and cozy for our honeymoon stay.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and wonderful complimentary breakfast. However, the room is too small. One of the queen beds is almost attached to the window. Also they gave us a room next to the gym, which was very noisy even after 11pm. You can hear people slamming doors from time to time. Overall, an average experience.

Really appreciate the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Very thoughtful and curious team. Quality breakfast with vegan milk options. Overall a great stay, will definitely keep Hyatt place in mind for future destinations and will definitely book cottonwood when in Salt Lake again.
Only complaint, the pillows flatten out completely and don’t offer any support. Otherwise just excellent, thanks!!!

Great place in a great location. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is free but leaves much to be desired. Second day I went to a restaurant. Otherwise it was perfect!

Normal check in time was 3PM. Arrived at 4PM and was told that they were behind in cleaning rooms so waited an additional 45 minutes to check-in. 2nd day of stay woke up without any water in the room. Was told that all the rooms were without water and trying to fix the problem. No proactive approach.

Water pressure was so bad couldn’t take a shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Terrible pillows.

Wow! Beautiful location and comfortable clean hotel. We got a great price too. Close to cottonwood canyon for hikes in the summer and skiing in winter.

Our hotel room wasn’t ready when we checked in because there had been a lot of late check-outs. It ended up taking 1 1/2 hours and no one notified us when it was ready. The front desk staff was unprofessional and condescending about the whole situation. We never even received an apology for the delay. The room was very clean though, so we appreciated that.
