We had a room facing the street. The noise from trafick and trams was considerable. If you are sencitive to noice request a room facing the backside. Very nice hotel! Nice and fresh breakfast. Very close to everything. Perfect for a weekend trip!

Great hotel and has very friendly and professional staff

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Grzegorzki Kraków station to get to and from airport (pay on train with card or cash). Centrally located for easy access (walking distance) to Old Town and other areas of interest. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Can't comment on breakfast as in morning only wanted small snack; this was available from supermarket across from hotel entrance which was well stocked for all needs. All in, an excellent place to stay.

Perfect location just between old town and Jewish quarters. Very close to the tram. Excellent breakfast.

We checked-in quite late and had a short stay, but it was great. Especially the receptionist did a fantastic job, as the bed in our room had to be changed. Although it was my fault during the book process they apologized and even gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine. Highly recommend!

Great location

Staff were superb, great location and generally a really comfortable hotel. Food in the restaurant was also excellent. Only change I’d make is a firmer pillow but that’s a personal choice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great however the staff in the restaurant needs to have a better attitude they don’t smile and behave like they’re doing us huge favor if they don’t like service work then they should get another job. Actually it’s like that all over Poland😒 they’re giving Poland a bad reputation

Very nice hotel, personnel and service. Me and my daughter had an excellent stay with guided tours at Auschwitz-Birkenau and Schindler's Factory. We will come back for more.

It was perfect for our needs. Three twin beds, nice bathroom, breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy walking distance to Wawel castle and Rynek.

Excellent hotel. Lovely room. Great staff. Within easy walking distance of main square Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Spent great few nights in Krakow. Lovely breakfasts too.

Had a fantastic stay here for one week with my daughter. We were very fortunate to be upgraded in our room, which was very spacious and spotless. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

What a beautiful hotel and room!! This restored apartment complex has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated with a nod to its roots. The room was massive with much comfort and amenities (including in-room coffee and tea, along with a bar fridge). The breakfast offered was generous with many options, and the food was delicious. All staff were friendly and courteous, and more than willing to go the extra mile for you! It was approximately 8 minutes to the Krakow train station and the Rynek, and accessible trams within a block, making the need for a car unnecessary. Highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again! Many thanks for a wonderful, short 'get-away'!

I was met at the door with a smile and warm welcome. Very clean. Room was top notch. A/C was on point! Spacious, comfortable. Windows allow a little extra outside noise but totally 10/10.

This is a luxury property for a budget price. We loved our stay here and were pleasantly surprised by all the extra touches. The reception staff are kind and welcoming, rooms are big, fast wifi and a great shower. Walkable to everything but tucked away from the main city center so it's quiet. Would absolutely stay here again. Buffet breakfast was good but the fresh fruit was dried out with quite a few fruit flies on it; would recommend having the fruit covered. But this wouldn't deter me from staying here again or recommending it to others.

The hotel is super safe and nice. The staff are super friendly. I arrived late due to delayed flight but I was still able to eat my dinner at the hotel restaurant. I had a great stay! I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Good location, close to main square & Jewish quarter, also Warvel castle & river. Excellent service, clean hotel & lovely room, we stayed in room 102.

Breakfast was excellent. Distance from centre very good. Staff extremely helpful and pleasent.Atmosphere very relaxing. Piano player was great.
