Good location, close to wineries. Parking available for cars. The property is really nice and has great potential, but it’s not well taken care of. A better approach to guests, fixing up the tennis court, and refreshing the hotel’s amenities would make a big difference.

The manager greeted us by saying that if our dogs weren’t calm or if they got on the beds, we’d be kicked out. This was his first sentence after saying hello. Our dogs were calm during the entire stay, and we had already informed them we were bringing pets. I understand addressing potential problems, but this could have been said in a much nicer way. It left a bad impression. In the evening, we found many ants in the bathroom. We were given insect spray, but the smell was so strong it made everyone cough.

The breakfast was very good with good variety.

The indoor swimming pool was closed by 6 pm so we were not able to use it.

Andreas took very good care of us. We got wet on the way and arrived at the accommodation with completely dirty motorbikes. Andreas was kind enough to lend us a hose to wash the motorbikes. Throughout the stay he asked if everything was ok and if we had everything. The accommodation was very pleasant, the breakfast met my expectations - absolutely luxurious eggs by the way ;-) thank you for nice accommodation 👋

The staff is friendly and helpful. Communication without problems. Breakfast excellent.

Potential of the place

Hotel Staff - unfriendly They treat the client like a thief At breakfast, they look how much you load on your plate. Breakfast every day the same and low quality products. Low standard and you pay extra for the basic equipment, even parking - than you go out more expensive than in a quality hotel They will not let the client even feel like a winner

The room was big enough

The place was dirty. Everything was old and many things were broken. The staff was terrible and impolite. We were there with the dog and we found rat poison under the bed. The bathroom was awful and ugly. Don't go there.

Perfect accommodation, delicious breakfast, nothing was a problem. We were a bigger group and everyone was completely satisfied. When the light bulb broke, it was immediately replaced. The best accommodation in Hungary we've had so far.

There's nothing we don't like. Perhaps only if the pools opened earlier than eight o'clock, but that's just a little something.
