Loved staying here! Blue Bay is definitely the best place to stay in the island. We rented a car and explored everything since it was in a very convenient location close to supermarkets, downtown and other beautiful beaches like port marie and cas abao beach.

Quiet, fully air conditioned. Kitchens are starting to show wear.

The room was very comfortable. There was really no view. There is no pool! It is about a 15 minute walk to a small, very crowded beach. The staff were helpful but overall it was expensive fr what you get.

The Lodges are roomy and modern and the deck is perfect for sitting on the swing and enjoying the weather. I only wish that there had been a screen door so that we could leave the room open to the breeze, but there are too many bugs to make it worth the risk. Other than the restaurants at the resort, there are few places to eat in this part of the island. There are some really well-stocked grocery stores nearby though so make sure you get a room with a kitchen. Very safe, and parking is easy. The beach is a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive, but there are other bigger beaches to drive to in the area.

The lodges are way too far from the beach and restaurant, which are about 25 to 30 minutes away walking.

The Sunday SELF-check-in was quite unique and efficient as they sent us emails prior to our arrival for a smooth entry through the BlueBay gated area! The room was extremely modern equipped with everything necessary for our meals… a fantastic local supermarket nearby, as well 3 restaurants on the property which were not cheap … a dinner for 2 including drinks at LemonGrass restaurant cost us 120.00 US dollars. The beautiful clean beach was walking distance by 12 minutes

It was clean enough and not noicy. Also the beach was beautiful but you had to drive to it but only for a few minutes.

Practically everything was there, beach, restaurants, golf, tennis, bars etc..,.

this property is divine. the cleaning staff is divine. it's a kind of rbnb. the property is large so you don't need to leave it as it has three restaurants. It does not have a pool but it has a beautiful beach. You're going to love it. To enter the beach you have to show a QR code for each person, this part annoyed me because only I made the reservation and my partner was required another separate QR code. It's uncomfortable because we had to bring two cell phones. if you need personal things like toothpaste or conditioner you need a car to go out because it's a long walk, but if you bring everything and just want to relax you don't need a car. the reception girl is very loving. Location was great, close to the airport. Well maintained lodges. Security twenty four seven. Peaceful, and quiet place. Beach was amazing.

Lighting in the room leaves much to be desired. TV had no hookup just apps.

Room was very good. Could have used better lighting. Television reception was very erratic. Construction traffic created a lot of noise and walking was hazardous due to the lack of walking paths.

Facts of my experience: - The room and the resort in it's self is pretty nice. - I did not get an upgrade neither was asked about this feature - I asked for extra cleaning upon my booking (allergy reasons),did not get that(you'll read about that below) - Stove did not work well. Took about 45 min to cook pancakes and some eggs - t.v. stopped working from the first night, did not work and kept freezing for the whole duration of the stay - WIFI is terrible. - A water pipe burst the second day. There was no water for the most part of the day and the duration to fix this was longer then expected. When the water did return, the pressure stayed low till the last day of my stay. I asked for the refund policy, which they was willing to give me. But... Seeing they don't have 24 hours reception, I couldn't go get my refund when I asked for it and had to wait till the day after that. I was willing to stay IF they could at least fix my t.v. and left reception upon that agreement. When I came back to the room, it was NOT fixed and there was no one at reception. I couldn't get my refund so I had to cancel the hotel i had on stand by. The next day I couldn't leave my room. I was sick because of an allergy attack so slept the whole day because of the medicine. I do have understanding that some of these situations are not completely under the hotels control, but I don't feel I was compensated at all and there wasn't enough effort on trying to make it better for me, the paying guest.

The area it self is very quiet and beautiful. The TV was not working because the IP TV was hanging very much, in the middle of the night the AC got frozen and stop cooling the room.

WE expected a very large Pool and only rented there for that reason. Imagine the unhappy surprise when we found there was no pool. False adverting..

Beautiful and safe surroundings. Great studio. Pots and pans were not very clean but there were cleaning supplies available. Bathroom is very slippery. Bed is delicious as are the ceiling fans: I barely used the airconditioning. Good housekeeping and easy parking. great location on the island.

Ambience and peacefulness. Relaxing

The property was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Front desk staff aren’t available 24/7 but are helpful. I was almost panicking when property management sent absolutely no replies to my emails in the weeks after booking/paying for my stay - call them if you need to discuss anything prior to arrival. Good experience overall.

It was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
