Great breakfast and stay for our family

The hotel room was clean. The hotel was easy to get to from the main road if you’re traveling from St Malo ferry port. The bus stop was a couple of minutes away from the hotel. The bus took about 7-9 minutes to get to main city. There was a large restaurant next door to the hotel - great for food. If you’re a family of four the room is quite tight. We had two single beds and a large sofa bed - which was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on, but the configuration of the beds meant that when you finished in the toilet you had to walk between the two single beds and the sofa bed to get to the bathroom with the sink in it. It was a pleasant clean room. The hotel restaurant served some nice dinner, but the breakfast could’ve been better it was a bit lacklustre. The veggie options were minimal and even the meat options didn’t seem all that varied. Other than that - I’d probably stay in the hotel again if I was visiting Renne again.

Nice friendly staff

The rooms are equipped with all you need for a great stay. The breakfast is as good as or better than going out with a ride selection to satisfy any palette. The staff were absolutely lovely and catered to our needs beautifully. Excellent time !!!!

It was a clean room. The room itself was a good size, clean and orderly. The daily cleaning was not great but not terrible. There isn't much to do in the area but it was an easy to drive to. I didn't like that I had to pay additional for parking. Given the amount I spent on the room and taxes the least the hotel could do was give free parking.

Beautiful place

The parking was easy and convenient. The furnishings were very nice and contemporary. The staff was very nice too!

Perfect for an overnight stay, parking was 12 Euros for the night but car was safe and it was very convenient. Helpful staff and very clean, comfortable hotel and a great nights sleep.

Comfortable hotel at convenient location near airport Rennes. Restaurant was unfortunately closed at Friday night. Not much to do around the hotel. Underground parking is € 12 per night.

Terrible - free Wi-Fi but only on one device?!* Awful - restaurant with only two set menu choices?!* Poor - no room service?!* Horrible - smell when we walked into foyer area Bad - two bed side lights - but only one switch on one side of the bed and no lighting to light up the dark and dingy tea making area?!* Stingy - 1/2 litre of water for two guests and just two sugar sachets?!* Expensive - small glass of French wine for €11?!* Bad value - breakfast cost €20pp and was dire. Sloppy scrambled egg, sausage and a fatty sausage. There are cold buffet choices but not really worth €10pp Customer Service generally poor and virtually nonexistent - no one checked if we had a good night - no one welcomed us - no one greeted us at breakfast or offered us a tea or a coffee. Generally a substandard stay and remember this is a 4* plus hotel!!! No it isn’t.

Good setting with car parking, proximity to ring road and bus service into Rennes

Stayed here for one night for an early flight. Hotel is recent, clean and has comfort. Restaurant has some good food only the bar is limited. For other restaurants you have to go to the city center. Will stay here again!

Brand new and beautiful facility. Flip side is that it is not accessible by subway until 2020 so the location is inconvenient. It’s better during the weekday since you can take the bus that runs every 15 mins. But when we checked out on a Sunday we missed the bus and ended up having to wait for an hour for the next bus. Also, they can do a better job in the WIFi. But the staff was helpful.

Close to the stadium in Rennes. The restaurant was lovely with amazing staff. The rooms were great, beds were super comfortable too.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, convenient location for Roazhon Park and great food

Very nice hotel, great service, comfortable and squeaky clean.. only issue was couldn’t park in underground car park as we had car over 1.9 meters and max limit is 1.8..

Also my thank you and comgratulations to the team at the restaurant Isidore for having responded to my health dietary limitations with amzingly nice and tasty made on purpose dishes on the spot.Just a pity it is not on a location that I travel to much, but will certainly revcommend to friends and colleagues from abroad and also to colleagues living locally.

We stayed at this hotel last year and liked it so much we decided to spend our first night in France here,it also happened to be my husbands birthday and when they found this out they upgraded our room which was just beautiful.The decor is modern and very tasteful the beds and the bedding are superb,very comfortable.Our meal in the restaurant was delicious and they very kindly put a candle on my husbands dessert.The staff were very friendly and efficientThe choice for breakfast was extensive with hot and cold buffet ,everything was locally sourced and mostly organic and again the staff were the same high standard Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel

We booked this hotel as a stop over before flying back to the UK., but we were very impressed by the quality of the hotel and the helpful staff.

Lovely staff, delicious food, extremely comfortable beds and exceptional cleanliness.

Clean, well maintained rooms with a modern parking garage. Will stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, with one major drawback. Housekeeping ignored our do not disturb sign while we were out of the room (see below). Here are some of our thoughts:+ This seems to be a hotel for business people, in the middle of a business/offices area.+ In a quiet neighborhood+ Free secured underground parking+ Very fast and reliable free wifi+ Very nice spacious room and comfy bed--- While we were out in Rennes, housekeeping came into our room, despite a prominent do not disturb sign on the door, and turned over everything in the room. Not just the bed and the towels, they also re-arranged all of our stuff. Its a good thing our safe was locked... When I talked to the front desk staff, they said theyd look into it.

Excellent, the room was great, I could have lived in my room all day and night.

Stayed overnight in Rennes to catch an early flight when returning from St Malo. Could not have been better for that purpose. Excellent hotel ten minutes by taxi from Rennes airport.

Truly excellent hotel but being primarily a business hotel it has no bar and restaurant over the weekend. Room service is available but I believe is delivered via a microwave oven.
