We booked for 1 night extended our stay. Michael and Dave were excellent and their home made marmalade was out of this world. Would highly recommend it

We enjoyed our stay at Dorsey Hotel, the staff were very friendly and provided great service, the towels were changed n room tidied everyday, the breakfast was very good, great choice and plenty of it with great service! Free parking in a great location and free Wi-Fi, all and all a very good place the only negative was it is really ready for a refurbish which reflects the price we paid

Ideally situated for shops. seafront and the islands excellent bus services

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but it was cramped (especially in bathroom) and the shower was either freezing or scalding.

I had a lovely 2 night stay. Everything clean and comfortable. Staff excellent and delicious breakfast. Will definitely go again.

People who worked their lovely near beach and shops breakfast was lovely and did not wait long room was very clean and comfy tv bit high up on wall may come back again chair strained needs cleaning it is hard geting case up stairs if your second floor up no lift but had good relaxing stay

Managed to get the last room available, on the day, after being double booked elsewhere. Really handy for ferries, hovercraft and bus station, if travelling without a car. Will stay here again! Price included breakfast...excellent value.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel is very clean and a good choice for breakfast. There are quite a lot of stairs which is something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Helpful staff and management. Great breakfasts!! Comfortable lounge area, older property but lots of character. The only complaint was no heating in communal bathrooms but we we supplied with a heater for the bedroom and a bathroom for our use only!! Overall a very happy stay.

Very nice clean quiet budget hotel. Friendly helpful check in staff. I slept very well in the comfy bed. I was disappointed breakfast didn’t start til 7:30 so missed it due to my 7:45 ferry. Apparently it’s even later during the summer months!

The lady who received us on arrival was very helpful and pleasant the large chair one leg was broken and i sat in it and it gave away the reception on the television was terrible no Internet signal hardly the toilet seat wouldn't stay up so whenever you wanted to use it you had to hold it up the radio aerial was broken radio wasn't that great on the breakfast not a great reception received and had to ask for the man who served the breakfast change the TV channel because it was not appropriate for breakfast especially when other guests present were 2 teenage girls overall not a pleasant stay and also the rooms and lounge were very cold in the morning

Well located hotel, worth every Penny, very hot hotel and a nice little bar which was great after coming back from town

We had a tiny room with even smaller bathroom. I've never seen a smaller wash basin. The shower door was broken and virtually unusable - replacement were awaited we were told. The room was clean with not a bad view. There was no lift and many stairs. The breakfasts were good and the staff did their best to help. The location was not bad, not far from the centre of Ryde. On our final morning we needed to rise at 5.30am to catch our booked ferry. There was a fire alarm at 4am that took us all out into a very cold garden. The cause appeared to be a fire alarm fault.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was situated in a nice area close to the beach and the centre of the town. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I just booked the room.

Lovely friendly hotel, comfy bed nice views, great little bar and amazing breakfast, loved their homemade marmalade at breakfast we even purchased some to take home. Great location to ferry/trains and shops. They let us leave our bags until the ferry was due on the afternoon. Will definitely recommend

Close to the town centre, it’s in a hill so if not into hill walking bring your car, great car park next to the property.

Room was quite small , only room for one bedside table due to position of bathroom door , a few things need attention in bathroom , shower head could do with changing , bed was comfy though & clean Could do with a better choice at breakfast a few yogurts & fresh fruit would be nice , does anyone actually eat prunes & tinned grapefruit in this day & age ? Overall a good stay

The staff were great, breakfast was awesome and included (free), and the location is very good. If I could request one thing, please replace the mattress in #36. Overall, very good.

Disappointing.

Really nice small value for money hotel. Approx 6 mins walk from Hoverport, though incline up the road if you have a heavy bag. Breakfast tasty and staff friendly including the managers cat !

What a great find this hotel was, from friendly staff to a spacious twin room with ensuite bathroom. The town was a 5 minute walk and the bath and hover all at hand. Off road park available and the breakfast was all you could ask for 5 star all the way. Thank you for a grea couple of days

TV aerial comes out of its socket. Can hear people in surrounding rooms very clearly

We had the nice big garden room. Room was clean. The bathroom needs a non slip mat and something to hold onto to get in and out of the shower. It is at least a 8 inch step to get into. We did hear a television on ALl night. Good location. We did not opt for breakfast.
