We always stay there on our road trips, this time the room had a heater that will intertenmintly turn on so it was hot and cold all the time.

This is a great place for family, we enjoyed the spacious loft, great staff and cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend staying at this hotel in Vernon BC, it’s within walking distance to all amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Sheets were not not fitted to mattresses, room was not cleaned thoroughly. Mini fridge had past guest food in it, debris on floor from previous guests. Restaurant attached to the hotel was good.

Had a great experience at there property end up staying an extra 2 night on top of my booking the staffs super friendly and helpful the property is super clean and a great location for families will definitely stay at the property again in the future!

Room was large and bed was soft but comfortable. Some wear and tear in the room like chips on furniture. Room service carts left in hallway and laundry room door left open during the day which left a poor impression. Good discount at attached restaurant. Staff friendly.

Exterior did not have a “lobby” or “entrance” sign. Lobby area floor at entrance was not clean - leaves inside and rug dirty. Strong chlorine smell from pool. Property looks run down from outside. Rooms had stated “renovated”. Room was clean but property is dark and uninviting.

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very decent. The room could certainly use a couple of chairs, and the room slept 6 but there was only cups and glasses for 2 people.

Overall the family suite was spacious, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The fitness center was great. The room did smell like cigarettes and we assume must have been smoked in at some point.
