This hotel is right by a busy highway. It's convenient and walkable but the road is very loud at night. The staff was professional and helpful, parking was good. The beds are very firm, VERY FIRM!

Nice hotel, handy for buses and trams..Pity one of the lifts was out of order, as was quite busy at times.

Quiet, safe, clean and convienent option near the historical centre.Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is also very good. However, the room and the bathroom was not fully equipped for luxury services and some missing toilets materials.
In general it was a nice stay. I can visit again with my essential preparations ( toothbrush, tooth paste, conditioner,body lotion, plastic bags) iron, and water bottles

The staff are fantastic, especially the staff on reception, very friendly and helpful. The staff all speak English. The room was very clean and perfect for an overnight stop. Parking is onsite at €15

Good hotel, the area around it not too pretty, next to a highway but walkable. The parking needed to be arranged with the reservation otherwise you have to find street parking.

Due to recent flight cancellations we travelled back via Strasbourg on the way to Paris.
This hotel was well placed from the city centre and transport connections.
We arrived late and the reception swiftly checked us in and we had excellent support in delivering food as we had arrived so late off the back of a long journey.
The team couldn’t be more helpful.

We reserved parking and it was convenient. We were able to walk to a park and into town. Could use more shelving in the bathroom. Otherwise all was acceptable.

A great hotel! A short walk to the tram that takes you right into the main city. The daily breakfast was very nice and the staff were great! I would definitely stay here again.

It’s what you would expect with any Holiday Inn Express. The name is a bit misleading as it’s not quite in the centre. But by no means far off. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main tourist areas of the town. Taxi is advised for train station to hotel as it’s a long walk with luggage.
Helpful staff. Decent breakfast with some local cakes and pastries.
