When arriving the entry for the hotel is not very clear, aslo a bit dangerous going out as you enter a freeway

The property exceeded our expectations! A beautiful historic villa with an impressive pool and breakfast. I loved the details in the rooms as well - the bathroom/bathtub was also great!

Well the breakfast was Ok, lot of sweet options, but the savoury not that much.

Where should I start, the hotel is situated near the highway so it looks a bit weird. From the outside it looks fine, at the reception you will get the card for your room, we have had room number 3 facing the pool, it was very dark even though it was first floor because there was no windows, just the tiny ones. This was our last day of our holiday and we were very tired so after the dinner we came back to the hotel and there was a surprise for us! Loud music from the pool that should be closed for us from 17;00, the hotel did not mention that they are doing party till 3am!!! I called to the reception what the hell is going on and the receptionists told me that it will end at 0:00, it did not, very loud music lasts till the morning! They should have choose between party house for young people and accommodation for people on holiday nothing between . It was pretty expensive for that bad sleep. I also should mention that the electricity did not work as it should and the hot water does not run and also the room smelled weird. I would not recommend at all!!!

The building, garden and swimming pool look interesting.

The rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be refreshed. At the beginning, we were also surprised, we've booked 2 double rooms for 4 people but when we came, we were told that the price is only for 1 person in each room, for the rest you have to pay 25 euros, after a long discussion and showing the booking confirmation, they resigned from extra charge. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Bari, the car is required, from the hotel to the nearest pedestrian walkway is about 500 meters and you have to cross a busy road. Breakfast, if you don't eat sweets is a joke, take a look at the photo. In the country of tomatoes, olives, ham and cheeses, you'll get a carrefour toast with a slice cheese, poor ham and dead cherry tomatoes. In the end, the internet didn't work. I do not recommend.

the hotel and the garden with its pool were lovely. We had two dogs and it was very convenient since our room had a patio and access to the park. Plenty ofparking space.Good wifi. Very clean

The location is quite terrible but we knew beforehand. It is not an hotel to stay in if you want to walk around town without a car. There was an event in the garden one evening and the music and noise were unbearable...

Very difficult to find if you are driving yourself. Close to highway, but nothing else. The room was horrible... we stayed in a an annex and the bathroom was horrible and bed not comfortable. The breakfast was average, nothing great and the pool was not even open.

we come in low season so not many people around. The place is okay but far from the centre and facilities quite basic.

Location really hard to find even by car. Too far away from centre and public transport.

super nice place and great pool area

terrible located next to the super strada, no keys for opening the gates to the hotel area that means to wake up the receptionist after midnight. really standard breakfast and basic equipped rooms. staff could be more attentive and friendlier
