Very clean nice small hotel. A great hotel for someone who doesn’t need all the services of a big hotel. I liked the check in process using my phone

The property does not have staff 24x7, we were locked out of our room late one night and they did not answer the phone and their emergency number did not work, when called it just hung up. Overall not a bad place, but due to the lack of 24x7 front desk coverage I would not encourage you to stay here. Further, in the apartment we stayed in the HVAC was only in one room (not a bedroom) the other three rooms were very hot. Rent at your own risk.

Close to the center of Munich, safe environment and friendly staff. However, using the shower room, with its open door and slippery floor, was difficult.

Good staff attendant, he was friendly. However, the property and rooms are tiny, almost claustrophobic.

OK, great hotel as far as location. Very close to Hofbrahaus, lots of shopping and all the sites you want to see. It is a small hotel and the rooms are pretty small; but, that is Europe right. No coffee machine in the room which was kind of a drag but they have a machine (pay) in the lobby. The rooms were pretty modern and clean.

would highly recommend doing all online registration before arriving at hotel- there is a self check in and doing this will expedite the process. excellent location near marienplatz, perfect hotel if you only need a clean, well appointed room for your stay- self service style.

Our host is a lovely man, very nice. Cleaning staff are so pleasant. Nice, room, lobby area. However we did have a problem. we were in bed, fire alarm in room went off, very scary, I had to climb on a chair & use a show horn to turn it off. It went off a few times in am. Lucky, lovely cleaning lady came to our rescue & removed the cap on it. Otherwise no complaints or issues

Great location and staff. Had an issue with the door access app which was resolved remotely in 10 mins. Good value for the centre of the city.

Very central spot. Impeccably clean. Room is small/cozy but exceeded my expectations. Nice little touches with free coffee, tea and small snack items. Check in/out was no problem. I enjoyed my stay!

Great location. We wanted to walk everywhere in the city center, which was easily doable. We had the apartment on the 5th floor with 3 bedrooms. It also had a small outdoor patio, which was nice but it was 90 degrees. The AC is in the living room so the bedrooms can get warm but we managed (we were there in August). The recommended parking by the hotel had ample spots and was a quick 10 minute walk away. Please note that there are no keys and everything is done through your phone. You can ask for a key card but we were able to use our phone to access the building and room. Also note that the elevator does not reach the 5th floor. For the apartment, you will need to get off on the 3rd floor and take stairs to the 5th floor. We were able to manage our luggage but it may be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. There was staff there during the day but not at night. Overall, we really liked it and would stay again.

Outstanding hotel. Great location - 2 minutes from Tram, a couple of blocks from the Hoffbrau House as well as the town square. Rooms are small, but very well equipped with thoughtful little touches such as mini fridge, free bottle of water, and very comfortable beds.
