The room I was given first was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but when I walked in it smelled of smoke. I called the front desk immediately and they found me another room.

We were here on business and completely enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent , the staff very friendly and helpful and the only thing was that the pool was not open at this time

I booked into the Travelodge as my cousin was travelling in from BC for a funeral. The reason we booked there was because of the pool for her son who was 10 years old. We received a text message the morning of our check-in to advise that the pool was under maintenance and not open...this was very disappointing and too late to cancel - which we would have done. We asked the staff to recommend a lounge in the area in which they could not. The common hallway carpets on the 2nd floor were stained and gave an overall dirty impression. The bed was comfortable enough but overall a disappointment.

Great people in front desk open to help you with your issues and willing to make you feel welcome great job sad that pool doesn't work but we feel confortables staying here

Having to deal with a miserable rude front desk person at checkin does not make a stay enjoyable. I will think twice about booking there again!

I room is horrible, the air condition was taped up with duct tape, I ask for sampoo and condition the staff told me they don't have any to give, the room was dirty, the hallway and surrounding area of the building was very dirty, I should have been told that the pool and hot tub was not working, i would have stayed somewhere else, I feel I should not pay full price for these bad experience and not pool and hot tub being out of order.

Had to wait a long time, over an hour to get my cable connected. stayed here 3 weeks pryer and the pool was full of water but under repair and 3 weeks later its still the same way. They can at least post it on there web site but they havent. Thats false advertisment.

Overall not a nice experience

This is my go to place to stay when visiting Brandon. Clean and quiet at an affordable rate. This visit was the first time I did the advanced check in (though I have done it at other wyndham properties). This seemed to mess things up for the staff. I was charged my rate plus $100 deposit twice and was marked as a no show (found this out when I checked out). They have refunded the extra charges and deposits and a 3rd transaction was made for just the rate itself. Not everyone might have 5 times what they expect to pay available on their credit card. All these extra charges were ridiculous and could really mess up someones plans. Next time I will not being doing the advance check in. But will definitely come back.

When I arrived to check in, there was one person already in the process of checking in. I waited 20 minutes for him to be dealt with, then another 10 mins. for myself. Unacceptable, the receptionist was pleasant, but completely incompetent! I use hotels 10+ times per month, always quick easy and simple, takes 2 minutes at most. How this Hotel receives a “Good” rating is beyond me … it is run down, and definitely needs upgrades. TV did not work, after searching I eventually found that it was unplugged. The microwave did not work-it was plugged in! They had no A/C in the room - but a portable A/C unit was placed in the room and taped to the open window, it ran off and on all night and it sounded like a oven hood vent turned on full!! Would not stay here again.

Clean quiet room. Only problem were some ants on the floor and doors that need to be slammed to stop beeping. Saw no ants in the beds.

This place is a comfy place to relax.

The air conditioner didn’t work. Musty smell and the room was super hot. Some kind of substance on the table that looked like it was bubbling. Pool was broken and it didn’t say that anywhere.

The whole place smells and badly needs renovating!! Carpets are dirty.
