The pillows were not that comfortable and there’s was only one towel in the bathroom with two beds

Here, a double os two single beds pushed together. Problem, they leave only 1 single size sheet to cover a double size bed. Hot mess. Makes me want to avoid all Andrade hotels because they are so ignorant with how to dress a bed.

It was a good experience.... for the price you pay, you can’t expect much more.... it was a good place to sleep, has a decent breakfast, and to stage out of. If you like spending a lot of time in hotels, you might want to stay somewhere more upscale, but watch your budget, because it will cost you 2-3 times more.

Short stop. Stay just over night.

Perfect for one or two nights . Between center and airport (15 minutes by taxi, if the transit is Ok). Air conditioner of old type and making noise.

i arrived on the first morning of my reservation, the reception guy was gruff, slow, said nothing and was quite unpleasant but he checked me in eventually. when i came to check out, i was charged an early check in fee... i wouldnt mind this, but the receptionist didnt mention anything about this and the cost was nearly the same as a whole extra night! i didnt agree to anything and if i knew it would be so expensive, i would not have agreed to it. the lady checking me out first said it was tax, but when i showed her on my booking that the tax was paid, she said it was for early check out... i asked her to print the invoice to show me, but she wouldnt do it. very dishonest and none of the staff were particularly nice. the room was basic, but not terrible, the location really isnt great. AVOID!

Arrived at hotel and they had no information about reservation from Expedia . Once I managed to show them itininery they still wanted proof that I paid Expedia with a credit card receipt . After all this they put me in a smaller room because apparently they thought Expedia didn't charge enough for the room I reserved. Room was horrible with mold in shower and no towels. Wouldn't recommend .

I was a clean hotel. The breakfast is basic just a caluole few things need to improve. Staff who work there doesnt skeak English. I requested a remote and I just got 3 days later after requested for a long time. Overall it was okay!

The only thing that lacks is not speaking a second language and also they get mixed up with the billing

Hotel beds should be upgrades to a softer type. breakfast was ok - should be extended to 1030am. Reception should have someone who can speak english.
