We had a lovely stay. Well kept boutique hotel with breakfast area with views of the city. Very good choces buffet breakfast..Italian not American breakfast. Very large rooftop with loungers perfect for relaxing in the evening.very nice modern updated room and bathroom. Staff is wonderful. We will be back next yearAround the corner from Trvi Fountain shops & restaurants

This hotel was great! The staff were amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Trevi and close to so many amazing dinning options and close enough to walk to many of the sites of Rome! We were amazed at how great this hotel was for the price! We absolutely will be back!

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Your right next to Trevi Fountain and in a super central location to anything you may want to do in Rome. Only feedback is they have an option for three twin beds (which is awesome and rare to find). However, they never did separate the king bed for us.

The concierge was fabulous. Helped us a couple of times booking a taxi. It is centrally located but since the streets are narrow and pedestrians are taking up the street, Ubers do not want to travel the street in front.
Facilities are beautiful but we did not have hot water the first night. Obviously waited too long and it ran out. The other nights we perfect.
Air conditioning was wonderful! We enjoyed our time and I would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. The people working the front desk were very good and helpful. The hotel had a nice breakfast as well. The room wasn't cleaned well and the sheets weren't changed at all during the stay. The hotel had a little worn down look to it.

My family and I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. We loved it! The staff were amazing. The breakfast was great. Drinks were super. The location is fantastic. It’s in a great area and every main attraction is at a walkable distance.

Best location ! Close to all main attractions and many restaurants. Staff were super friendly and always accommodating. The car service from hotel to airport was very good worth every penny. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Arrivederci Bella Roma

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and a few initial niggles with the room were quickly resolved. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite was fine although the shower could have been a little larger. Breakfast was good with a good mix of fresh seasonal fruit, pastries, continental meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection too. Delicious freshly made coffee and juices were available to wash it down. The lift is small but serviceable and the staff very pleasant and helpful. All in all we had an enjoyable stay

This is by no means a 4 star hotel and shouldn’t be presented as such. The room leaves a lot to be desired, it’s not very clean, it’s outdated, smells funny (air freshener in halls to cover the musty smell), mold by the window and just happy we don’t have to spent much time here.
The location is great as its steps to so many tourist attractions, restaurants and cafes.
Wouldn’t stay here again. For the money you should be able to find something better. We were really looking forward to staying here based on the reviews, but it’s a big let down.

Close to the Trevi Fountain. Hard to get in and out with luggage. Roof top bar is nice and good breakfast buffet. Our room you had to step up to the bathroom and was unconvinced at night. The front desk during the day was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The afternoon person was much better. Elevator very small.

Horrible room that was small, smelled of mold and musty water, horribly rude waiter/bell hop, immediately checked out without staying even one night. This hotel SHOULD NOT be rated this high. In fact we think there must be something fishy with the reviews.

Very good hotel, well located, good breakfast, good service, nice rooftop, excellent air conditioning. Elevator is tiny and room is small, but the bathroom inside the room is adequate sized.

Very nice (though small!) and modern rooms at the heart of Rome. We especially liked the rooftop, the almost-perfectly-soundproof windows and the gentle reception people (sp. Sara). Suggestion for improvement: do NOT spray parfum over the bedsheets ans pillows, since some people (as my wife) gets asthma if subject to strong smells

Location was great only a few minutes from the Trevi fountain. A lot of dining options, clean rooms and great costumer service.

Check-in was fine but while checking in my dad’s backpack was stolen and swapped for an empty pack. The staff automatically assumed we left it in the taxi and we insisted on camera footage which showed 2 men who came in and swapped the bag. The hotel did upgrade our room and provide fruit and wine but it left us feeling unsafe in the hotel. There was no bolt on our door.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Appreciated all the support from front desk staff, lovely young lady working on the morning of day 2, sorry forgot the lady’s name, helped us get tickets to the Colosseum after our 8 tickets were canceled last minute due to over booking. All the breakfast staff were wonderful. Thank you all for a great first time memory of Roma.
