I love this place, There are so friendly and helpful to me..

There is only one person that works the front desk and they often walk away and leave it unattended. When I arrived at the hotel there was nobody there and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in at 5:00 in the afternoon. When I asked the guard for help, the only reply was they will be back soon. When I needed something from the desk, the same situation repeated itself. When I checked out there was someone there for the first time and they told me to wait while they take care of everything. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked what else do you need? She replied, oh, sorry we are done you can go. I wish she would have told me 5 minutes earlier, so I did not have to stand there 5 minutes waiting for nothing. The water in the shower was cool at best, just enough difference so I could tell the difference between cold and hot, but not much more. Long wait to get an elevator to go to my room or to go down to lobby. I had booked the hotel for my return to Manila, but cancelled my reservation and will stay someplace else.

Room smelt like a fungus and elevators sounded very bad.

The rooms and building are infested with cockroaches There are rats literally running through the lobby and reception areas and these conditions seem to be accepted as normal by the staff and management. Although the cleaning staff appear to be genuinely friendly and pleasant. That is the one and only positive. Other than that if I have to rate JMM as a whole it would wth negative figures.

Overall the place was nice but old and the staff lacked communication.

This was an awesome find, 3 bedroom humongous apartment in Malate about 45 seconds walk from Robinson Mall. Check in and out was fast and easy. Hotel has an airport shuttle that’s reasonable in price. Apartment I had was in the 47th floor with an amazing view of Manila, windows allow you to see almost 180 degrees of the city. The pool was great for guests not crowded but not much Sun hitting it so can be cold which is nice on a hot Manila summer day. We had 11 people in our party and everyone was comfortable and happy with sleeping arrangements.

Perfect location in the middle of everything. People where great. The rooms where less than expected but ok. House keeping was way lower than average. They didnt mop once and only swept rooms

This hotel is in a great location that's it, Room smells like garbage had bugs in bed roach Rm4312 don't do it didn't get bed changed 3 out of 9 nites.

an excellent place to stay and the area is accessible to all other especially in the US embassy.

What I like is very convenient to everything . What I don’t like is poor services. No wifi at all, air conditioning is very bad, when you ask for service to clean the room, after they clean ‘ still have a lot of smell in the bathroom.’. I don’t know where it came from, i think they should have disinfect better the room every time they cleaned.

Wouldn’t came out the hot water once. And I stayed 3 different types room for this travel. One room wifi was almost no signal. Elevator waiting time was so long sometimes. Apart from that, staff were nice and good view. Mostly good location to stay in Manila.

Roaches all over, toilet seat falls off, internet slow. Room has no tv, tv in living room is 18 inches. The stove top is dirty and rusty.

Even though on 22nd floor very noisy outside room next to rubbish area so bad smell near door air con poor and room very dated and bathroom old and poor condition very musty smell in room but I must add no issue with lifts as per previous reviews and in nice location for Robinsons mall not the greatest hotel but by far not the worst

Wonderful staff. No housekeeping so for a six night stay only two small bars of soap. Had a beautiful view of Manila Bay from my 43rd floor balcony.

They have excellent customer service. My family stayed there for 6 nights. My mother said that the staffs were very accommodating. Thank you!

Decent place to stay half of a block away from Robinson Mall!

The AC in the room was so warm . I ask the front Desk they dont had action.

•New Upgrade with key card entry activated turn style. •Operated with guided assistance. •Covid-19 saftey protocols enforced and regulated upon check-in and check-out. •Nuat-Morrocan style café and lounge located on the Floor Level. •But unfurtunately this booking 'canceled' due to unknown availability.

I’ve been staying in this condominium for several times in the past.And it’s always an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The check in process is very systematic and fast. The room I got is clean and had a nice view of the city. The housekeeping staff were all polite and will give you their complimentary 2bottles of water and 2 rolls of bathroom tissues, plus sachets of coffees with creamers and sugars, everyday if you asked. The security staff is commendable and very professional in keeping your safety. I had an incident where I accidentally , and unknowingly left my door open thus, I requested them to review their camera footage to see what has happened and check at the same time if there was an intruder during the times the door was left opened. Luckily nobody entered my room as shown in their camera Nothing valuables was missing in my belongings. And I really thank the security people for doing what they’re doing on a daily basis which is to check if only legitimate tenants and guests are the ones entering the building. Thanks to Charles, the reception clerk, and the security chief (sorry I forgot his name) who reviewed the camera with me. I highly recommend this condo/hotel because the whole staff are very efficient and friendly. I

Bad shape Just good for facing Robinso

Last Feb 22, I booked 2 rooms from Feb 25-26. My friend called the hotel to confirm if their pool amenity is open for the public and responded yes. Yet, we discovered upon check-in that the pool amenity was under maintenance and that the memo was released to them last Feb 21. The staff did not even mention that during the phone call because if he/she did, I could've canceled my reservation since it's free cancellation until Feb 24. We are disappointed with how the hotel staffs manage the expectations of their guests. Lack of coordination, not even transparent with their guests. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

Great room for family. My kids enjoyed their overnight stay. We will surely come back. Bed is huge and the room was spacious.

There was no hot water. Staff said they were going to send some one many times. After 3 days I fixed it myself. After 2 days I asked if house keeping could clean some.. I was told they could not. They don't have time and they only clean every 3rd day.
