The hosts Gabriele and Manuela are tremendous! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their place. It is very spacious and immaculate. I doubt you will find a better place for that price range. 5 stars all the way around. Oh and Manuela makes the best scrambled eggs for breakfast !

A lovely couple has the B&B in an excellent location in Santa Lucia, near the sea, the royal palace and the Teatro San Carlo. The rooms are in a grand palazzo on the third floor with an elevator. A good breakfast is served in the room at the time of choice and with a wide selection possible. The owners are very helpful in every way. Our room did not have a sea view, but was pleasant and comfortable.

Beautifully renovated apartment in centuries old building. Still has a functioning manually operated cage elevator which adds charm to the experience. Just a couple of blocks from the sea/harbour. Very walkable to major old town sights, restaurants and shopping. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night and had to leave very early in the morning, butthe service was amazing! They booked a taxi for us to take to the airport early. They brought fruit and pastries the night before since we werent going to be there for the included breakfast the next morning. Everything was clean and spacious. There was a small fridge, espresso maker, complementary water, iron, hair dryer, etc... all the comforts of home. It was close to the water and not far from Naples Port. We walked to the port for the ferry to Carpi. There were little cafes right around the corner too. Nice area. We would definitely recommend!

A quiet oasis in the middle of a bustling and busy city. Very centrally located yet calm and tranquil. What is required after a busy day exploring.

First visit to Naples and not disappointed, from the moment we arrived at our accommodation until we left nothing was to much bother, attention to detail was superb and choice of breakfast and presentation was exceptional, our hosts were very accommodating and full of advice for sights, restaurants and anything else you would like to know, would highly recommend, enjoyed the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city even more so at the weekend

Perfect home for a weekend in Naples! Very kind owners and great location!

We only stayed one night before our flight home but would definitely book here again if/when we return to Naples. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the room was of an excellent standard, with a super comfortable bed. The B&B itself is located on a fairly quiet street in a safe neighbourhood, only one block away from the seafront, close to a fantastic pizzeria. Gabriele also let us know that the taxi to the airport should be a fixed price - good advice when the Naples taxi drivers seem to pluck a number out of thin air for their fares!

Fabulous, safe location proximal to good restaurants and gelato, ferry ports, and sightseeing. Hosts were warm and welcoming to us jet-lagged travelers arriving in the middle of a storm in a foreign city. Large room with comfy bed and modern amenities. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay at small, stylish B&B Orsini 46. We enjoyed the spacious, beautiful Capri room with lovely Italian tiles on the floor & in the bathroom and all the luxury conveniences you could want. The room is extremely quiet with two double doors that open onto nice balconies. Gabriel and his team are very professional, welcoming and warm. He gave us a map of Naples and personalized an itineary for the time we had. He also recommended a great restaurant nearby for dinner at La Cantina dei Lazzari which was terrific. What luxury to have breakfast in our room the next morning, rolled in on a stylish cart with delicious Itallian specialities! They strive to please at this B&B and are great at their job! Would definitely stay here again when in Naples.

Cutest B&B in Naples - we truly enjoyed our stay! Manuela, Gabriele and their staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and they gave us great tips for our short stay. The room was modern and clean, the area was close to the water in a nice and safe neighborhood. We highly recommend!

An extremely pleasant bed and breakfast. Quaint and warm. Family owned with 3 bedrooms, if I remember correctly on the 3rd floor. There is a classic elevator where door swings open to get in and manual closure of elevator doors. Awesome experience. There are also stairs as well to walk up as well. The host was great. He helps you customize your stay in the area especially so that you get the most out of your visit. Everyone you encounter in the B&B is uber nice and treats you like one of their family members. They greet you with a warm welcome and offer refreshments as you get checked in. The room that I stayed in is studio bedroom with queen bed and balcony. It is very modern has all amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. It is located just steps from the water/ocean view. You are given a tour of the room and especially given instructions on next day breakfast in bed. A list if given and you place the tag outside your door with your preferences/order. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and stay. I highly recommend staying.

We stayed at this B&B for a single night prior to departing Naples. The B&B was easy for our driver to find and the attendant came out to meet us as we came up the elevator. When the owners returned later they made a point to introduce themselves and to follow up with a couple of questions that we had asked earlier. They were very accommodating and even made our breakfast in the evening, so we could pack it for our very early pick up the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and while small did not feel overly cramped. The B&B is within walking distance of several attractions within Naples and is a block from the water. Overall, we had an excellent, albeit short stay.

SO well located, super nice area and very safe. BEAUIFUL view of the ocean from our room, and really kind and pleasant staff (owners were on vacation, which kind of took away from the whole BNB thing). But for the price we paid - 220 euro for 2 nights - we could have stayed in a hotel with more amenities, not just a VERY small room in a house (with two dogs, mind you, who bark a lot!) The breakfast is very sweet - literally and figuratively - but lackluster. If you want eggs you pay extra, otherwise it's exactly the same every morning - croissants, bread, yogurt and jam - fruits in the form of whole bananas, apples and oranges (there's only so many croissants one can eat every morning). As you can tell from my rating I did enjoy the experience a lot, just want to say that I didn't personally feel I got what I paid for - and I am the antithesis of frugal when it comes to these things. Shop around a bit before being swayed by the 5 star reviews, and save yourself 50 euros without compromising (maybe even gaining) comfort and overall happiness! :)

I spent two very comfortable nights at 46 Orsini. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was served in the room -- a very nice treat. The host and hostess were very accommodating and were helpful in suggesting interesting sights.

There is nothing you can say about this place except that it's fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and charming, the breakfast service classy and lovely, it's fun to have it delivered on a little cart to your room. The building is interesting on its own - a wonderful big old Neopolitan edifice. And the hosts are so lovely and helpful. This place deserves all the great reviews it gets.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in January with a friend. The location was good (close to the sea) and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was awesome - excellent quantity&quality for a reasonable price. Above all, the owner, Gabrielle, made sure we had everything we need. He made recommendations for tour spots and restaurants - which turned out to be amazing. He helped us in every way he can - Thank you!!

Wonderful place to return to at the end of a busy day shopping and visiting the tourist sites. Also provided a comfortable and clean place to rest during the day when too exhausted and required a rest. My room had a lovely balcony that had spectacular views of the water and magical during the afternoon during sunset. When I return to Naples I only hope there is availability here because I won't be looking anywhere else. Beautiful couple that runs the B and B who were very welcoming and friendly people to speak with :)
