Andrea at the front desk was sooo helpful! He helped us book our multiple cabs and gave us excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner. He even surprised us with a birthday treat in our room! Thank you Andrea! Outstanding customer service! You made our visit to Rome perfecto!

Everything great except elevator small and slow

This is an amazing property!!! The location is walking distance to everything!!! The staff are warm and friendly and helpful!!! The rooms are clean and updated!!! The breakfast buffet is great and a drink on the rooftop deck is icing on the cake!!! We loved our stay!!!

Superb location just a few steps from the Piazza Navona but without the noise from the Piazza. In 17-30 minute walking distance (less for the Pantheon) to the main highlights (Colosseum, Vatican City, etc.). Clean and spacious room with high quality toiletries. Strong AC. Definitely the place to stay for a visit in Rome.

This is my 3rd time staying at Palazzo Navona, I’ve always had a great experience wish is the reason why I keep returning. However, this time around it was not a good experience, I had a terrible experience with Andreaa at the front desk, she was very rude and kept on insisting I needed to pay for breakfast, even when I was showing her my confirmation from Expedia that clearly stated free breakfast. She knew I had a flight to take and after almost 15 min of disrespect she said fine and said I’ll take it with the manager. This was hornos and embarrassing, reason why I won’t be going back.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beautiful hotel! The location is excellent for walking to the sites and shopping, with plenty of options for restaurants and desserts. The staff works very hard to please the guests. We will be back!

Great location between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Early December stay, unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed (accessible, but no service).. On the other hand, the neighborhood was quiet. Clean, spacious room, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Just returned from an amazing stay here. Staff were really friendly, even left me a cake in the minibar for my birthday! Room was clean and modern, breakfast was lovely. In a great location and can walk to most famous attractions. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The property is dated but very clean. The bar staff and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff is not so much. We were checking out and they saw my wife and I with 3 big luggages and backpacks and instead of asking us if we needed help loading our bags or carrying them outside, they asked for the hotel card keys. Never asked if we needed assistance. The rooftop was closed half the time we were there and the times that it was open varied. There’s no bar or food service up there even though the pictures make you believe there is. The location is descent. Overall I don’t think this property is worth the price. Having been in a different hotel in Rome earlier on our trip and comparing it to the excellent service we received there, Palazo Navona unfortunately disappointed.

Best locations for first time visitors close to everywhere and very clean hotel and friendly staffs.

Been staying there since 2016 and always liked it especially their rooftop bar. But they have changed the rooftop bar by reserving most of the tables even during the day and there might not be seating. But most of all is their prices. An Aperol spritz was $20. Nothing special about it and not even served with anything. Rooms are still small and tight for the prices. Last time staying there.

Rooms are very small. No place to put your luggage for a long trip. Bathroom facilities very inadequate. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is very good.

This is a great hotel in a prime location. Would stay there again however be careful of room selection. There is a night club right outside which kept us up. Ask for room away from noise

This location is as good as it gets, 10 minutes walking distance from most of the main attractions

The front desk staff is very kind and able to help you with whatever you need. The hotel itself is located on a quieter side street within 25 minutes' walk to the Colosseum or a 10 minute cycle via the numerous bikes and scooters around. The breakfast is decent and they stagger service to allow for the guests to be spaced out in their dining facility. Their rooftop bar has really amazing views and I'd highly recommend checking it out. If you want the cushion seats highlighted in the pictures above you'll need to book them in advance as they're the most popular spots on the top of their terrace.

The hotel is very good, service was excellent. not so much the check in though, but it shouldn't affect the rating.
