The hotel is really good. The stuff was wonderful, they were very helpful with everything what I asked. The area is a little bit far from the train station, but scenery is beautiful.

A lovely little place in a distinctly Bavarian town with all the charms of a family-run bed and breakfast. 20 minutes away from the mountain with a rental shop right up the road. Big recommend for couples and families looking for a quiet getaway or easy access to skiiing and/or snowboarding.

Seemed a little understaffed because the woman who checked us in was the same woman that was the only waitress at the hotels restaurant. She didnt speak any English so it took quite a long time but she seemed nice. The was clean and cozy. Bed was a bit too hard for my taste. Front desk hours are only 9am to 9pm so if you need anything outside those hours youre out of luck. Housekeeping did not do a good job of replenishing our soap so when we ran out at night we had to wait until the next morning. The free breakfast buffet was pretty good. A nice assortment of your standard breakfast foods. The town itself is very small and charming. Everything seems to shut down around 9pm. If I had to go back to that area I would stay there again but I would just make sure I had everything I need before closing time.

Arrival was smooth. Beer from the bar was affordable and tasty. Brek was very nice and full. Overall great value for the money. Will stay again.

We had a summer family vacation exploring Italy, Austria and Germany. Hotel Manager Vadim called us to ensure we are coming when we run late. We were surprised by the lovely surroundings, hotel facilities and friendly members of staff the next morning. Everyone made their best efforts to please and make as feel like home. Regretably we had a reservation the next day at Westin Grand. Hope we can return again..
