Modern, clean, lots of space, excellent location, yet peaceful to sleep. 50 metres to shop and tapas restaurant: great for late night arrivals. Note there's only one key for the whole group. We run out of some facilities in the bathroom and kitchen, and no one answered to our sms. The only way to communicate was to call by phone. Luckily the personnel spoke good English. The guidebook could also include information about how to make a taxi reservation.

The room had a bed next to a large window/balcony but no curtain. That meant that we slept very bad because of the lights in the yard and the morning sun. Please don't rent out room 51 again before it's fixed.

No issues with Apartment at all - superb location and all very pleasant. Vague check in arrangements should be resolved. Worked for us but quite stressful and almost stopped us from booking. Arrive with a flat mobile battery and you will have problems.

Great location close to attractions and good restaurants. Apartment was really nice and clean and well equipped. It's good to know that there's no sign saying Dom&House. There's an office of Welcome Apartments, but that's not the same. In the address ul. Tandeta 1 there are steps and a gate leading to the inner yard you can see in the hotel pictures. You'll have to wait on the side of the street for someone to bring you keys and do the check-in. I called the hotel a few days before arrival and they asked the same day via text message on what time we would arrive, but the person bringing the keys and doing the check-in still arrived 40 minutes late. After a not-so-good start everything was well though.

Clean and comfortable inside. Balcony a little forgotten. With check out at 11am it would be helpful to have a room set aside for guests to wash and change in before their ongoing trip. Especially when the flight is not until evening. Security Guard very kind.

The apt we got was absolutely spotless, very new build, 24 hour security. The apt was a lot smaller than advertised, it didn't have all the kitchen equipment I was looking for namely a coffee maker. It had a double bed but no extra sheets for the second person who was staying on the sofa couch. I had to practically argue with lady to get some.

Apartment was in really good place at the old town. Short distances to talk and walk. Many good restaurants nearby.

Safe place and very modern building. Check-in was confusing as the office near entrance of the building is not the company renting this flat. The guy just showed up on the street as agreed. I did not like the fact that cleaning was added to the price of the hotels.com. It was 100Zl to add to the advertizing price. But still ok money for value all in all.

There is no proper dining table, only stools and a bench although there is a nice balcony with table and chairs where two people can easily eat a meal. We only prepared breakfast but more extensive meals could probably be cooked. The apartment was in a quiet location. Perfectly located in the centre of Old Town Gdansk, but away from all the noise. Cosy apartment which was very modern and clean. Good selection of cooking utensils if needed. The balcony overlooking the gardens and water feature is nice and relaxing.You do need to know which door you are going into as there is no sign on the street, but it is next to some steps which lead to the gated gardens.The shower was powerful and of a good temperature.The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the curtains, only small curtains for such a big window, in winter this is fine, but the sun shone through our window at 5am each morning waking us up.

Poor first impression. We arrived at about 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. There is no sign for Dom and house at the address and the contact number provided was engaged. For at least an hour, we were unable to get any assistance.The place had a washing machine (always welcome) and an oven (very nice surprise). There is a supermarket around the corner. The mattress and linen were however, worn and a bit light for the last week in April.

Might be interesting for longterm visitors, but nor really adequate for short city trips. Significant additional charge for late checkin, no room cleaning during the days, hence no refill of coffee shampoo etc. Bad quality of Bedding. The positive point is without any doubt the situation.

The apartment was in a great location, plenty of room and pretty clean. Downsides were that it was initially very cold due to no heating being on and big windows with no curtains. However great as a base though we did miss the comforts of a hotel

Location is fantastic, in the middle of the old town. The apartment is really nice, clean, modern fittings, comfortable beds, TV took a while to figure out but all good. The only problem we had was no hot water on our last day, called the number given, told this "sometimes happens" and that it would be fixed soon, unfortunately wasnt fixed in time before we checked out. Not good. But other than that can't fault the place.

Welcomed by Alicja who gave us her contact no.if we should need anything, she said that as we were there for a week the room would be cleaned after 5 days,this did not happen. We asked for hand towels,tea towels,extra pillows and an airier for wet towels and to dry clothes that we had washed in the washing machine. Hand towels were provided but Alicja said as the apartments were full she could not guarantee extra pillows,she also said we should use the paper towels to dry pots. She said there was an airier in the room, there was not! Alicja the following day left for us one poor quality extra pillow,again telling us that was all that was available because the apartments were full! At this stage we gave up and decided to enjoy the rest of our stay. The cooker was of the induction type where only certain pans would operate on the hob, the frying pan was not an induction type and therefore would not heat up on this hob. Facilities were very basic in what was a lovely apartment,the service after taking up residence was disappointing.

Perfect location just a few hundred meters from the crane and Old Town. Ours was the 2 person flat, and it was a nice modern room with a little kitchen and living space in one room. And our own balcony overlooking the yard with a fountain. Overall, a fantastic stay, we were really pleased. Only criticism would be that you need to pay 100 zl to check in after 8, and to pay for your stay you need to meet up with the staff in your room instead of getting charged from your card directly.

I would have been able to give a higher rating to the accommodation if the room had been cleaner, it had previously been reported that the Microwave in the kitchen was not working by a previous reviewer, obviously and although I reported it, nothing was done to fix it throughout our stay, a toaster would also have been handy.
