Very central location with good tv channel offering. Able to watch NFL football from the United States during my stay.

Few parking slots. Busted bulb in CR. just 1 glass in room.

Staff was kind and courteous esp when I had to check in very late. Room was really clean. But amenities, although basic, were not even satisfactory. I was given a room right at the back of hotel and felt like I couldn't really relax. Complimentary toiletries was so outdated wirh only 2 round pieces of plain soap, no shampoo or conditioner. Shower looked very old. Towels were rough and looked used a million times. TV was also 10 years behind. Sheets were clean but blanket was so thin. And NO Internet operating in rooms but only at lobby. Advert in Expedia said 24hr airport shuttle available but non-existent at all. Breakfast buffet was unimpressive in choice (same everyday) and quality of cooking. Room aircon was ok but quite unreliable.

Awesome place. Maybe needs improvement on WiFi. You always got disconnected. Also at First, I thought I will miss my parking space since it's limited within the hotel premise but there's an exclusive parking space in the other street just few meters away with security. There's a convenience store, gasoline station, Fast food, pharmacy, bank, Kuya J resto near the hotel. Perfect. 3rd time to book.

A good place to stay

Front desk called me twice within an hour asking my name. They said it’s 1st n 2nd shift staffs, they accidentally deleted my name on registration. Basic unli breakfast for 99 pesos.

We rented 2 rooms. Both are clean and comes with 1 single and 1 queen beds good for family. Extra bed only costs 200. Like the location its close to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

New Dawn Pensionne pound for pound is the place to stay while in CDO ! My purpose is always fot the golf at pueblo de Oro. But there is so much to do right from this propery, planty of Malla close to take care of any shopping needs.

Every time in CDO I stay at New Dawn. It never fails me.

This trip to CDO and a 3 night stay ! I have been there enough that they new my name when I entered. I was there for the golf Tournament and it is an easy taxi ride to the course. They treat you with a lot of respect at the New Dawn !

The place was OK but in your bedroom there was tons of little little ants running all over the place if you want to sleep in that be my guess the service was very good though air-conditioning was good sleeping with ants well you judge

Once again New Dawn has delivered a pleasurable experience. I stay once every 2 weeks and it is always nice.

Staying at the New Dawn Pension is always a great experience.

The staff are welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to check in a little after 1100. The place is quiet but the AC was not cool enough for me. No rug in or outside the toilet and no hand or face towels were provided. A reasonable price for a basic hotel.

Rooms doesnt have towels , bathroom messy , they dont provide rugs . Staffs were kinda rude .

Basic Hotel... building work going on, so construction noises.. A/c noisy.. No toiletries. Breakfast extra but didn't eat in.. Won't be staying here again..

The room is basic but clean and close to the business center. It is walking distance to most everything and the price is very reasonable for the value.

The hotel is old And needs an update but it is sufficient for short term visits. Service is good and the food is Ok. Location is very convenient for business in the city.
