Hotel was nice. Nice lobby, nice rooms, clean. Pool was nice.

Great service, beautiful hotel, no complaints. I will be staying there again when im in the area. The hotel is connected to Chopped which is a wonderful steakhouse and a Dennys if thats youre kind of atmosphere. Accomodations suitable for every kind of traveller.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub, which to my dismay was grungy, slimey and none of the jets worked.

Starting to notice some wear and tear. The carpets by the room doors look sad. My shower had a crack in the tiles and the carpet between bedroom and bathroom was starting to fray

Come here when in town for business. Close to Go Train to get in and out of Toronto. Reasonably priced! Clean

Clean and comfortable, although on first night another guest tried to enter our room late at night. Not sure if it was their mistake or the hotel’s but nothing negative came of it.

Sink had hair in it still and a couple of the towels had marks on them and the toilet wasn’t very clean either.

Only complaint was the amount of kids running and screaming in the hallways.

Beautiful room

The hotel had extremely friendly staff, very nice rooms, and amenities. I wish the rooms were provided with water rather than going to the lobby to ask the front desk for water or purchase from the store ($2 for a regular water bottle). Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I had a great time!

They promised a $15 “food and beverage” voucher. When i got there i was told their “policy was that it could not be used for alcoholic beverages. i pointed out that this was not what the advert said. No apology. I was told their marketing department and the site GM would call. Neither did.

The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable and unit was clean. Would definitely recommend

Stay was good

I and my partner took the weekend off to celebrate his birthday The property was amazing and my stay was good, however, one of the staff was very aggressive and tried to humiliate me and my partner. I booked the room under my name I had a Driver's license and two soft copies of my Canadian passport on my phone and Mr. Hassan K was very aggressive towards us . He treated us with no respect and care. As a traveler, I have never met an aggressive manager before. Finally, my boyfriend had a hard copy of his Government ID, and Mr. Hassan.K tried to deny us entry. Knowing he was rightfully wrong he then checked us in. At night while we were going out the young guy who was a staff and was present during the situation noticed how harshly Mr Hassan was. K treated us he offered my boyfriend and me two $5 coupons off CHOP restaurant to compensate for the aggressive behavior. My Feedback is to Mr Hassan. K is very unprofessional, aggressive, and rude. I had a terrible client experience. Overall my stay was good

Loud conversation outside at front door entry of hotel at 1:30 in the morning. Probably smoking area. Perhaps move smokers further away.

The check in attendant was so welcoming and accommodating and the room is always nice and clean.. We love this place.. we only stay here and I would recommend to everyone

Staff member was kind on arrival. Received room and key quickly and checking in was seamless. Chop Steakhouse served excellent take out food. Good portion. Room was standard. Hotel amenities were okay. Pool was small. Hotel needs to keep in mind to vacuum behind furniture. I had dropped something which rolled under headboard of bed. When I retrieved it I noticed the large amount of dust. Gross. Although hotel seemed quiet with regards to guests as they were apparently at capacity. The room air conditioner was way too loud every time it started to run. The room I was in faced a highway and you could hear every single car, truck and motorcycle that drove by. Hotel needs better windows or sound proofing on that side most definitely. I tried to switch the room immediately but was told they had no other availabilities. I tried to sleep even with ear plugs in and tried to change my room at 2am again. I ended up checking out and leaving the hotel at 2:30am. I would not recommend this stay at all. If you do make sure to request a room not facing highway. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I’d appreciate a refund.

Clean and comfortable. A good place to stay if you are around Oakville or Burlington area. Will consider stay again for sure.

Good service and very nice clear clean and comfortable

Bathrooms could be cleaner. An enclosed shower would be much better. Spider and webs in bathroom and sleeping area. Maid service tag was not visible so we didn’t get maid service during our stay which was disappointing.
