Bathroom door damaged and didn’t work was just one issue.

We stayed in the self contained, ensuite unit style accommodation, which where clean comfortable and spacious. Linen was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the park is a little dated but for what we paid - in my opinion was good value.

Stayed for work in one of the cabins, very good value for money for the size and amenities.

The park is nice enough but as others reviewed there are are a few things that let it down. The first thing we dealt with was the smell of the toilet / bathroom water . The park has tried their best to mask it but it's a blend between chemical and rotten eggs. Second was the bed it is average at best maybe just due for an upgrade. The final problem we had was the fridge. It froze half of our produce we bought on the first day , so our milk was not useable for coffee and our strawberries we're frozen solid. I googled the fridge brand to double check which way to turn the dial and when i went to turn it fell off . I'm guessing this has been an issue before as the dial was placed back on to make it look like it wasn't broken . The cabin was clean enough and the park was fairly quiet. Its not the most modern but it did the job for the week . Its sort of on the out skirts of esperance but still within 10 minutes of the esplanade so its not bad. We enjoyed our stay as we're not overly fussed people . I'm sure with time the new owners will get on top of everything and it will only get better

The cabin was lovely, with everything needed. Great value and the staff were flexible when we needed help. Highly recommended. Beautiful setting around the cabin. Good heating, water temp and pressure. Everything worked ie appliances and stove.

Park home was good for price but a little noisy due to being in an industrial area

I liked the size of the cabins, alot of Bindi's miscommunication on extra day of staying alot of trucks.

We won’t be back. Faults would be more acceptable if the price aligned with the condition of the units.

Fantastic vacation and verry lovely place the personel working there are very friendly and propesional.The place safe even ti your kids.

The water from the tap is smelly and murky. Not really good for cooking or drinking. The room are just for 2 persons or 4 persons per Apt. We paid 11 persons for the 2 Appts which is really uncomfortable and unrelaxing for the rest of the group.

The accommodation was what we expected. Nothing luxury but quiet.

The property is old and dated and for the price point, expectations were higher of cabins, and communal areas in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of both facilities and gardens.

Quite a good stay amazing foreshores and elegant beaches caravan park quiet and well set out.

Could be better - bathroom had mould in shower, toilet had bad stains. WiFi is virtually non existent- unable to connect. Staff were pleasant but cabins could be improved. Oven didn't work and utensils were very shoddy. Peeler hacked at Vegas and knives very blunt. Could make lots of improvements to make conditions much better.

The description of the room was a bit confusing and misleading on hotels.com... The suite is described at having 9 twin beds, though only sleeps 6: beds were a queen and 2 bunks...that’s not 9 twin beds!? You can gather that from the pictures of the room but the worded description is misleading and should be changed. Everything else was as expected.

With a late check in to find our rooms warmed and ready. The unstanding and consideration from Greg at a very sad and stressful time for our family made our stay enjoyable and welcoming. We will definitely will be returning but to enjoy Esperance and the scenery.

Basis accommodation, quite spacious but located adjacent to an industrial site.

Booked and stayed in a chalet with 2 rooms of one King bed and 2 bunk beds. Read the reviews before and expected problems with hot shower and smelly cupboard full of ants. It turned the shower are fine with continuously flowing hot water and decent cupboards. The only issue may be a bit of dust on the floor as if the chalet hadn't been vacuum before. Will definitely stay there again and perhaps try the camp site as some camp sites has its own toilet beside shared toilet.
