Unit has everything you need and warm and comfortable, bed amazing. We did meet the owners who due to my mobility upgraded us to bigger unit for no extra cost. Lovely people

Close to beach 5 minute walk and the marina a 15 minute walk. It was a lovely place to stay. Not suitable if you can’t walk up/down inclines.

Had a really lovely stay here. Very quiet and relaxing, nice view, great location. The apartment was very spacious, had everything you needed for cooking nice food, very comfortable seating/ bedding etc.

Beautiful outlook to the water and bush with lots of birds. Easy walk to the beach and Nelson Bay Marina and shops. The unit is spacious and comfortable, including technology and well equipped kitchen.

Loved the location, the view and the easy access to the great walk along the bike path/coast as well as the marina. Also loved the outdoor sitting area - though the cushions were a bit grubby with bird droppings on them. Suggested improvements include: Tea/coffee sachet box needs replacing; one side of the toaster did not work; the toilet roll holder needs replacing, and it would have been good to have a few coffee pods available for the coffee machine. The apartment guide said that there was some coffee info (?) in 'the drawer' - but there was no drawer. Last issue was that the chairs for the table were too low. We suggest you get a couple of higher chairs so it is more comfortable to eat at the table.

Beautiful area with much to see and do, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Inadequate cooking utensils/dishes or facilities. Guests upstairs sounded as if they were moving furniture around day and night,

Nelson Bay is a brilliant place and this property is in a fantastic spot. so close to the beach and within a short walk to town. The property has great gardens and is in a peaceful setting. We appreciated the extras like Alexa, Apple TV and Foxtel. the only issue was that the bathroom was very small with limited storage and power but the spa tub was amazing.

We were very happy with the accomodation and its location. Although an older building, it is well maintained, quiet and in a peaceful area. We had amazing views from our top floor apartment and enjoyed the easy walks into Nelson Bay and the nearby Dutchman’s Beach. Bed was comfortable and the spa was relaxing.

Fabulous property! What a wonderful location with Dutchman's beach a few steps from the bottom of the garden. A clean, compact unit with a lovely outdoor area and beautiful garden. We had no worries with the other holidayers in the units above. The outdoor shower is a great ideas and the BBQ area looked great, even though we didn't use it. A short drive to all the facilities of the shops and restaurants, it is easily walking distance too. Thanks for the great instructions and trouble free stay.

We were taking a short vacation for Lunar New Year. The weather was wet so we stayed indoor most to our stay - watched a bit of Netflix and do some cooking. Still we managed to take the Ferry to Tea Gardens and visit 'Fighter World'. We walked to the Duchies (beach) from the backyard, it was very handy.

This place was a lovely escape from Sydney - outstanding location - so easy to walk to local restaurants and shops, on street parking and lovely amenities in the apartment. The place was quite clean and well presented and suited to a single or two adults at most. The mattress was not amazing but the couch was awesome and really enjoyed my 4 night stay. Good communication from the owners and check in & check out were easy It was exactly what I needed.

We had a really nice time at Amore At The Beach. Close to the beach and also the town of Nelson bay. The accommodation was lovely and quiet. The walk to the beach presented some problems particularly after the rain. This needs to be sorted out.

This quirky apartment is in a great location and has an amazing view. You have Duchmans Beach only two minutes walk from your doorstep and the Centre of Nelson Bay only a short stroll the other direction.
The apartment is neat and tidy. The only negative would be the lack of water pressure especially for the hot water.
I would stay there again.
